Lead content marketing strategy, build a community-driven content hub, and manage social media channels. | Minimum 5 years in B2B software with experience in multi-format content creation, community building, and managing advocacy programs. | Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis until January 6th. Location: Remote, USA At this time, we are unable to hire in Montana, Alaska, Hawaii, Washington due to payroll and compliance limitations. Salary: $130,000-150,000 per year, depending on experience. Visas: We are unable to sponsor work visas for this role, and you must be authorized to work in the United States. Interview Schedule: 30-minute initial call with the hiring manager, and up to three 30-minute calls with key stakeholders of the role, followed by an offer pending references. The estimated interview time commitment is up to 4 hours. Please note that, due to the nature of our work in the financial services industry, the selected candidate will be subject to background and reference checks as part of the onboarding process. \n \n $130,000 - $150,000 a year The Role: We're looking for a Senior Manager to lead our content marketing strategy focused on educating our core ICPs with practical, real-world AI best practices. You'll build an education-first content hub; cultivate an active community of internal and customer contributors; repurpose content for campaigns; and own our extended social media presence. This is an IC (individual contributor) role. What you'll do: - Build and nurture a vibrant public-facing, customer-driven content hub where power users share best practices and become regular content contributors - Leverage customer network and internal experts to create educational resources across text, video, visuals, and other formats - Partner closely w/ practice management, customer success, and sales teams to source customers and topics they care about - Define and prioritize content distribution channels - Repurpose content for ABM campaigns, product launches, and demand generation initiatives to drive pipeline - Repurpose content for social media; own and manage channels - Develop and execute an education-first social media program for our C-suite - Activate influencers: define/manage/grow relationship, track results What we’re looking for: - Minimum 5 years at a B2B software company with experience in: > Establishing turnkey/rinse-and-repeat processes for multi-format content creation (text, video, visuals, etc.) > Building sustainable communities or advisory networks > Managing content and advocacy programs that drive pipeline - Strong storytelling chops; ability to simplify technical information and data into compelling content - Experience managing social channels and executive thought leadership - Demonstrated ability to create, launch, track, and scale content and community programs end-to-end - Cross-functional collaboration skills; strong project management and execution mindset \n We are an equal opportunity employer and never discriminate based on race, religion, national origin, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, or marital, veteran, or disability status.
