What You Bring: 6+ years of experience in a technical environment (engineering, technical product management, etc) Direct experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) and applying them to real-world workflows in cross functional teams Familiarity with prompt engineering, LLMs, or AI use case development Proven ability and passion to simplify and teach complex technical topics - formally or informally - across technical and non-technical audiences Strong facilitation or storytelling skills; confident leading demos, build internal how-to guides, or hosting team workshops Experience driving org-wide change, enablement, or tool adoption at scale, ideally in fast-moving and/or matrixed environments Comfort working scrappily and iteratively - adapting formats (Slack threads, videos) to meet people where they are A curious, self-starting mindset — you learn new tools and technologies quickly and enjoy helping others do the same Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; you build trust and drive outcomes across functions Bonus: Experience creating training content, coaching peers or new hires, or leading communities of practice - even if it is outside of formal L&D roles Get to know us Zillow is reimagining real estate to make home a reality for more and more people.
