What You’ll Do: Partner with the Head of AI, Tech Talent Development team, and business leaders to define and deliver our enterprise AI learning strategy. Build an AI enablement and change management strategy to increase AI quotient and velocity across the enterprise and more deeply within our technical organizations. Design and facilitate engaging, scalable, hands-on learning experiences that build AI understanding, confidence, and velocity across the organization. Leverage AI tools in new ways to deliver scrappy, creative, and just-in-time development solutions in easy to digest formats. Lead live demos, practical workshops, and team-specific enablement sessions on AI tools and use cases for multiple teams per week. This includes a wide-variety of clients across the enterprise (sales, tech, shared services, etc) Support teams in identifying opportunities to pilot and implement AI solutions in their work. Curate and continuously evolve a toolkit of AI learning resources — including internal playbooks, prompts, and training guides. Stay on the leading edge of AI trends and tools; synthesize developments into relevant, timely learning content.
