What You Can Expect The position is a territory administrator for a US-based Sales team and its local office(s) working directly with the Territory General Manager on tasks involving commissions, compliance, onboarding and accounts payable. This role assists in maintaining and administering the sales compensation system, ensuring accurate records for US commissions, adjustments, and payouts. Additionally, the position serves as an on-site representative for corporate staff and vendors, while managing office needs to support the local sales and operations teams. How You'll Create Impact • Maintain accurate records in commissions systems, keeping track of product-related or case-specific deductions and performing manual adjustments on a biweekly basis. • Act as local compliance liaison: perform monthly entries and reports of sales/HCP activity, ensure rep trainings are up-to-date, and provide compliance updates with sales representatives through a regular cadence of newsletters or meetings. • Work with corporate Vendor Credentialing Manager to ensure sales representatives and drivers have active and valid credentials within necessary accounts. • Assist with the onboarding of new sales representatives, including ordering badges and business cards and assisting with equipment and system access requests. • Manage accounts payable process for the territory including vendor setup in Ariba system, freight charges, on-time payment of building expenses, management of Concur expense reporting, and conducting audits of company-provided equipment for cost efficiency purposes. • Maintain accurate records and perform administrative alignments across systems, including territory email distribution lists, SalesForce.com roster and org charts, JAMs sales team alignment, DMM surgeon alignment, and other updates as needed. • Oversee local office operations, including ordering supplies, coordinating landlord appointments and maintenance, managing fire extinguisher servicing and security system administration, addressing network/IT issues with Corporate, and ensuring the sales team has access to brochures, models, and literature. The Soft Tissue & Biologics Market Manager’s primary role is to provide education, training, technical, clinical support, and sales targeting for surgeons and sales agents during the sales, manufacturing, delivery, and surgical process for Paragon 28 Soft Tissue & Biologics products. How You'll Create Impact • Collaborate with Sales Agents, Area VP of Sales, VP of Sales, EVP of Marketing and Medical Education, Director of Soft Tissue, and Director of Biologics to develop and implement training content to ensure appropriate knowledge of these products. • Collaborate with Director of Soft Tissue & Director of Biologics to communicate with sales agents and surgeons throughout these products education, sales, and clinical processes. • Actively coordinate and communicate with Surgeons, Sales Agents instrument and implant availability, surgical case dates.
