Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients focusing on renewals, upselling, cross-selling, client relationship building, issue resolution, and reporting. | Minimum 5 years quota-carrying sales/account management experience, preferably in cybersecurity, with strong communication, CRM proficiency, and ability to manage enterprise clients. | ZeroFox seeks an Enterprise Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Enterprise Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, owning the entire revenue profile including renewal, upsell and cross-selling. Travel is required 25-30% of the time. Manage and grow channel partner relationships, enable partners through training and marketing, drive pipeline and sales growth, and collaborate with sales leadership to meet targets. | 5+ years channel account management experience, preferably in cybersecurity, strong communication skills, ability to travel extensively, and experience with North American partners. | ZeroFox is looking for a highly motivated Channel Account Manager (CAM) to enhance our Channel Program and drive growth across North America. In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing partner relationships and developing new ones, engaging actively with the ZeroFox sales team to foster pipeline generation. The CAM will provide ongoing training and enablement to channel partners and collaborate with the ZeroFox marketing team to execute impactful partner marketing campaigns. This position reports directly to the Director of Channels, Americas. You will serve as a key business partner to the Americas sales and account management leadership teams to ensure collective alignment and ongoing success. Role and responsibilities Identify, Onboard & Enable ZeroFox Channel Partners. Activities include, without limitation: Sales Training, On-site customer meetings, SE Training, Business Plan Reviews, Sales rep alignment, Deal sponsorship Produce & maintain territory plans Produce monthly pipeline reports and actively manage the channel pipeline Develop, track, report, and manage partner and sales execution toward KPIs; communicate same to sales and channel leadership Manage and report on partner sales training, enablement certification programs Prioritize and coordinate deal registrations among partners and the ZeroFox sales team Manage Market Development Funds (MDF) to execute channel marketing activities Develop and launch channel incentives & SPIF programs Manage and advance the pipeline within the region, including accurately forecasting sales and prioritizing opportunities Drive ongoing partner marketing/ communication and manage key partner marketing programs Define and deploy action plans to deepen ZeroFox’s traction with existing channel partners Work with partner managers and partners to develop and execute strategic business plans focused on driving new accounts, new opportunities, and incremental bookings growth Develop and execute a strategy for recruiting new channel partners Manage and develop key strategic partner relationships Contribute to strategic business initiatives as established by channel leadership and provide reporting insights Maintain knowledge of ZeroFox’s competitive positioning in the marketplace Meet or exceed channel pipeline and bookings targets Channel Account Management experience with a proven track record of success, typically obtained in 5+ years. Candidates with cybersecurity / digital risk experience will be prioritized. Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate ZeroFox’s value proposition and foster consensus internally and externally. Demonstrated professionalism and integrity with a structured approach to building partnerships. Experience working with Regional North American partners, including VARs, Distribution, and service providers Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize effectively and resolve challenges with good judgment. Willingness to travel in the U.S. and Canada up to 75%, or more as needed. Desired qualifications and skills Established relationships with key partners within North American markets. A university degree is preferred but not mandatory. Experience with established sales frameworks such as Sandler or Force Management is an advantage.
