Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to ensure prioritized initiatives have clear ownership and realistic cross-team resourcing. Support capacity planning, tradeoff conversations, and dependency visibility across teams. Facilitate project intake processes and scope management to ensure clarity before work begins. Drive prioritization workflows and maintain visibility across Enterprise, Velo, Direct Customer Acquisition, GWOC, and WC Ops Platform teams. Help reinforce, iterate, and improve our shared operating model for how product work is prioritized, staffed, and delivered. Act as the connective tissue between cross-functional teams to surface dependencies, blockers, and resourcing constraints early. Translate high-level strategy and goals into structured inputs that help teams generate strong product bets. Create repeatable forums and artifacts that drive alignment, momentum, and clarity.
