Position Overview The Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager at Zelis leads cross-functional BI initiatives that enable smarter, data-driven decision-making across the enterprise. This role oversees project delivery, defines data requirements, manages offshore resources, and develops scalable data models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks. The position also drives adoption of AI-powered tools and analytic automation to improve efficiency and support clients and internal teams. Additionally, this role partners closely with Revenue, Sales, Finance, and Operations to deliver accurate reporting, forecasting, and portfolio insights. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end BI and analytics projects, including scoping, prioritization, execution, and stakeholder communication. • Translate business needs into clear data requirements and technical specifications for reporting, dashboards, and data models. • Manage and coordinate offshore BI developers and analysts to ensure reliable, high-quality delivery. • Oversee the creation and optimization of analytical data models, semantic layers, and supporting data architecture. • Build intuitive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau or Power BI that support operational, financial, and strategic decision-making. • Define, maintain, and standardize KPIs, metric definitions, and reporting frameworks across teams. • Drive reporting and analytics for revenue performance, Salesforce pipeline metrics, forecasting accuracy, and financial planning insights. • Partner with Sales and Finance to support CRM (Salesforce) reporting, revenue attribution, customer segmentation, and pipeline health analysis. • Develop and enhance reporting models using financial systems such as Adaptive Insights (Adaptive Planning) or similar FP&A tools. • Automate manual reporting processes and establish consistent reporting cadences for business stakeholders. • Ensure data quality, documentation, and compliance with healthcare data standards (HIPAA/PHI). • Partner with the Director of Analytics/AI to drive adoption of AI-powered tools and intelligent automation across workflows. • Communicate insights, risks, and trends effectively to leadership and cross-functional partners.
