Source, screen, and interview candidates, coordinate hiring processes, manage requisitions, and ensure compliance with employment laws. | 4+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, high school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of employment laws, and ability to work onsite. | Job Description The primary functions of this position are to deliver a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers in order to identify, select and hire the best qualified candidates to meet the project specific needs and federal/state legal requirements. Please note this is a temporary/ contract position. The successful candidate will work full time at Zachry but they will be hired through a 3rd party staff agency. Responsibilities Position Responsibilities: • Sources, screens, and performs preliminary interviews on potential candidates. • Coordinates site interviews with appropriate hiring manager to select qualified candidates for project specific requirements and make contingent employment offers based on federal/state law. • Manages assigned employment requisitions to include but not limited to reviewing, editing, and final approval of completed requisition. • Tracks and reports data on staffing plan processes using computer software programs that may include MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and other software databases. • Builds and updates job descriptions based on project and scope of work • Coordinates and conducts re-deployment initiatives (proactive communication with employees prior to anticipated end date) • Conducts operational and administrative portions of the hire process (background checks, drug screen, health screen, I9 compliance, E-Verify compliance, employment paperwork, site specific requirements) • Other duties as assigned Qualifications Essential Skills, Knowledge, Abilities and Experience: • Technical skill with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) • Ability to quickly learn Tracking Management System. • Excellent people skills including collaboration, communication, presentation, and team building skills • High level of customer service. • Knowledge of employment laws/compliance. • Attention to detail. • High school diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of related sourcing/recruiting administrative experience. • Level II Specialist should have 2 years of recruiting experience. • Current Zachry or Zachry ROF'ed employee Preferred Qualifications: • Associates or Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. • PHR or SHRM-CP • Experience in: Administration, Customer Service, Human Resources, Industrial Construction and/or Nuclear Industries Physical Requirements: • Work will be in a general office environment with occasional work in an industrial location. • Employee will be required to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting and lifting. • May be required to pick up, lift, carry and move up to 50lbs.
