Business Development Representative Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue potential Ylopo customers Closing net new Tier 3 + Tier 2 accounts Effectively handling Inbound lead allocation < $2k budget average deal size Shadow Senior AE Demos Work closely with the team on Support and allocation (<$2k budget) leads Promotion path to AE based on performance and key metrics Negotiate and present powerful business cases to close new clients. Earn the client’s trust by understanding their needs and thoughtfully answering their questions. Demonstrate how our technology platform works and how it can help the client’s business grow. Implement and follow structured sales and account management processes, including tracking key data in our CRM platform. Achieve performance metrics and goals set by management. Required Qualifications for Business Development Representative: At least 1+ years of work experience in either B2B software sales or the real estate industry Fluency in using online CRM platforms Track record of high achievement - tell us what you've done that makes you a winner! Integrity, energy, and a genuine desire to understand and solve customer problems Ability to think on your feet Comfortable with selling over the phone Confident, competitive, high-level work ethic, sense of urgency, and a closer mentality Ability to prioritize and handle time effectively Strong listening and presentation skills Excellent written/verbal communication skills. Experience in cold calling What we offer: $50k guaranteed base salary with an OTE of $75k per year with a target-based sales commission plan. Our platform empowers clients to grow personalized relationships with their prospects efficiently and effectively. About AI² (AI Squared) AI² is Ylopo's bundled automation solution that combines AI Text and AI Voice into a unified, intelligent lead follow-up system. Designed as a digital assistant or inside sales agent (ISA), AI² engages with leads via automated text messages and voice calls to ensure speed-to-lead, database prospecting, and long-term nurturing. Whether a lead is brand new, re-engaging after weeks of inactivity, or not quite ready to connect with a Realtor, AI² works tirelessly in the background—ensuring consistent outreach, surfacing high-intent opportunities, and keeping agents top of mind with prospects. With AI², agents can spend less time cold calling and more time helping ready buyers and sellers take their next step. The Opportunity We are looking for a Product Analyst to own the quality and effectiveness of AI²'s automated conversations. This person will play a critical role in shaping how AI engages leads, identifying opportunities to improve scripts and logic, and measuring the impact of changes. You’ll work closely with the Lead Product Manager and Data Analyst to evaluate performance and continuously raise the bar on conversational excellence. This role offers the chance to influence the evolution of one of the most innovative lead-nurturing tools in real estate, as AI² expands from early product-market fit to widespread adoption. Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance of Conversations: Review AI-generated texts and voice calls to ensure high-quality, effective, and compliant conversations across a range of lead scenarios. Insights & Trends: Analyze qualitative and quantitative data (transcripts, call outcomes, CRM feedback) to identify user behavior patterns, pain points, and optimization opportunities. Product Recommendations: Translate findings into clear, actionable product proposals—ranging from script changes to behavioral logic enhancements. Impact Analysis: Collaborate with the Lead Product Manager and Data Analyst to measure the effectiveness of implemented changes and inform what to iterate on next. Experimentation: Support A/B tests and pilots to evaluate hypothesis-driven enhancements, measuring downstream effects on engagement and conversions. Requirements 3+ years of experience in product/data analysis, QA, conversation review, or UX research—ideally within a SaaS or AI product environment Comfortable working with both quantitative data (engagement metrics, funnels) and qualitative data (transcripts, call summaries, user feedback) to develop a comprehensive understanding of product performance and conversation quality Strong skills in qualitative data analysis, such as pattern recognition, inference making, theme categorization, and attention to detail Excellent written and oral communication of findings and recommendations Experience coordinating across multiple teams to drive outcomes Ability to translate technical concepts into business impact Available for early morning meetings (7 am Pacific time) Ability to work independently, make sense of ambiguity, and drive toward actionable outcomes Nice to Have Experience in real estate tech, call center operations, or inside sales automation Exposure to AI voice assistants or chatbot systems Product/project management coursework or certification Basic SQL or data querying skills New graduates or junior candidates will be considered if they have relevant project or internship experience This role is currently fully remote within the US.
