Coordinate and oversee all logistics operations including import shipments, customs documentation, and communication with brokers and carriers. | Bachelor's degree required, bilingual Chinese and English preferred, experience with customs coordination and import operations, accounting or finance experience preferred. | Responsibilities: - Coordinate and oversee all aspects of logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control. - Manage and optimize production planning to ensure timely delivery of goods. - Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and carriers to procure necessary materials and services. - Utilize logistics systems and software to track shipments, monitor inventory levels, and analyze data. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth flow of goods throughout the supply chain. - Monitor and maintain accurate records of all logistics activities. - Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during transportation or delivery. - Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to logistics and supply chain management. • Qualifications: • USA regional logistics/ Customs coordinator; • Position is responsible for coordinating the company's import operations, including communication with the customs brokers, truckers and consignees; • Coordinates import shipments; Receive shipping documents from overseas and process the data; • Ensure import documentation is submitted to customs brokers for ocean and air shipments on time; Check the status of the shipments and ensure customs release; Arrange for delivery to the destination.Calculate final costs. • Chinese AND bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred. • Bachelor degree requst. • Accounting or finance experience is preferred • H1B We offer competitive compensation packages and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
