E7 is a privately-owned firm headquartered in Troy, Michigan, and serves SMB and Enterprise clients both domestically and globally About the Role We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Operations Specialist to be a key member of the Operations Team, supporting the COO, Client Services, and HR operations. This role reports to the Operations Team Lead and spans a wide range of responsibilities — from strategic initiative support to hands-on execution — and has the opportunity to help serve as an operational anchor across the organization. The Operations Specialist helps translate priorities into action, maintains visibility across moving parts, and ensures key initiatives continue progressing. This is a role for someone comfortable operating in a dynamic environment, able to shift between strategy and tactical execution, and willing to step in wherever needed to keep the business moving forward. Key Responsibilities Include: Support the COO in advancing operational priorities across Client Services and HR Provide structure and follow-through on cross-functional initiatives Track project status, identify blockers, and help drive initiatives to completion Support strategic planning cycles and internal operating rhythms Facilitate meetings to ensure clarity, decisions, and actionable next steps Capture and monitor key business metrics such as utilization, profitability, invoicing, and capacity planning Maintain and refine internal processes to improve consistency and efficiency Manage and support calendar and capacity strategy for Client Services Contribute to company-wide events and initiatives About You Organized, with attention to details and deadlines Solution-oriented, with the ability to move beyond identifying problems to driving resolution Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored to the audience receiving the information Well versed in Microsoft Suite Knowledge of EOS operating model is a bonus Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures Interest in technology or Atlassian & Superhuman Suites preferred Excited by problem-solving and creating order from disorganization Enjoy working both collaboratively as well as independently as projects require Bring positive energy and a strong sense of drive to your work Why E7 Solutions? About the Role The Senior Project Manager (Sr. PM) is accountable for driving client success across each engagement while owning the overall planning, management, and execution of engagements. This person works closely with all project team members to ensure project success and client satisfaction. The Sr. PM will be dedicated to deeply understanding client expectations and consistently delivering world-class services. This individual partners with internal teams to identify opportunities for expanded services and long-term account growth through delivery excellence. Projects may include Atlassian services as well as other E7 Solutions services, depending on client needs and engagement scope. Key Responsibilities include: Project and Client Leadership Manage engagement scope in terms of budget and resource constraints; identify and manage risks and escalate issues as needed. Lead complex, multi-stream client engagements with a high degree of autonomy. Develop, manage, and hold accountable E7 and client team members to meet defined timelines. Serve as the primary point of accountability for project success. Act as a trusted advisor to clients by anticipating needs, risks, and opportunities. Lead client status meetings, planning sessions, and executive updates. Manage projects that may extend beyond Atlassian to support the full suite of E7 Solutions. Delivery and Execution Monitor project metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the engagement.
