As a Growth Operations Manager, you’ll be instrumental in advancing our owned channel marketing, leading technical campaign execution, and pioneering the adoption of AI-driven approaches to consumer engagement. Reporting to the Associate Director of Growth Science & Operations, you’ll partner cross-functionally to ensure strategic, data-informed, and operationally robust Growth Marketing programs across email, push, in-app and emerging channels. What you'll do: Lead and oversee the development, execution, and continual improvement of multi-channel campaigns across email, push, in-app and new channels, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and team goals. Review and advise on technical solution designs, ensuring campaigns are robust, compliant, and set up for measurable success. Develop, implement, and validate experiment methodologies, ensuring rigorous design and actionable learning to drive channel strategy forward. Monitor and adapt to changes in marketing platforms, policies, devices, and AI-driven trends, communicating pivots and updates to key stakeholders swiftly. Build, iterate, and advocate for best-in-class channel strategies, leveraging analytics frameworks and AI tools to maximize channel performance. Partner with MarTech, product and analytics teams to troubleshoot technical challenges, streamline processes, and develop scalable solutions. Mentor and collaborate with team members, supporting a data-first, experiment-driven culture across Consumer Growth Science & Operations. Stay current with digital marketing, data privacy, and MarTech trends and champion their adoption across the team.
