We are committed to innovation, excellence, and creating a collaborative, values-driven workplace.The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced, success-driven Regional Sales Director for the Northeast territory, with an emphasis on the NYC tri-state area. As the senior sales leader in the region, you will own all sales activities, lead pipeline qualification, manage technical sales processes, and collaborate across functions to drive revenue growth.Working closely with Sales Engineering, Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Product Marketing, and Marketing teams, you will oversee lead generation efforts while focusing your time and expertise on qualifying opportunities, managing the sales cycle, and closing deals within key verticals—including financial institutions, retail, healthcare, manufacturing, technology, and transportation. Your ability to cultivate and deepen client relationships, negotiate complex contracts, and collaborate effectively with channel and strategic partners will be critical to your success.You will join a team of world-class, motivated professionals dedicated to XM Cyber’s vision and growth, working in an inclusive environment that values integrity, professionalism, and teamwork.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve and consistently exceed regional sales revenue and growth targets.Oversee lead generation activities in partnership with BDRs and Marketing, ensuring a steady flow of qualified opportunities.Focus primarily on qualifying sales opportunities, driving the sales process, and closing new business.Develop and grow new client accounts while maintaining and expanding relationships with current prospects and clients.Collaborate with channel and strategic partners to widen market reach and accelerate deal closures.Develop and execute a comprehensive regional go-to-market strategy aligned with corporate goals.Manage technical sales activities (demos, proofs of concept, workshops) facilitated by Sales Engineers to address customer needs and accelerate buying decisions.Leverage your professional network to create early-stage sales engagements and maintain a strong presence in the regional cybersecurity ecosystem.Maintain accurate and timely sales forecasting and reporting within Salesforce CRM for visibility and business planning.Comfortable with frequent regional travel within the Northeast territory, as well as occasional national travel to industry events and customer meetings.Provide regular business reviews and progress reports to senior leadership.

The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced, action-oriented Partnerships Manager to manage and grow our collaborations with strategic partners, resellers, and channel organizations across North America. This role is execution-focused, centered on driving joint business outcomes by enabling partner sales teams to effectively sell XM Cyber solutions. Your mission will be to develop strong relationships with partners, ensure they prioritize XM Cyber, and successfully execute joint go-to-market plans. You will coordinate training, enablement, and marketing efforts—working closely with partner sales teams and our internal sales organization to generate leads, pursue opportunities, and close deals. You will also evangelize XM Cyber’s value proposition throughout the partner community and ensure partner satisfaction by being a trusted and approachable resource—both internally and externally. Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with key partners to support and exceed company sales targets. Manage day-to-day partner engagement, coordinating activities between partner sales teams and XM Cyber’s sales organization to drive pipeline and close business. Monitor joint pipelines, sales progress, and key KPIs, providing regular updates and insights to internal and external stakeholders. Build deep, trusted relationships with partner leaders and sales teams to maximize collaboration and joint revenue potential. Lead joint pipeline reviews and business reviews to track progress, resolve issues, and align on next steps. Ensure partner sales teams are fully trained and enabled on XM Cyber’s products, value proposition, and sales processes. Collaborate closely with marketing to customize co-branded material, execute joint campaigns, and coordinate participation in industry events. Initiate and support lead generation and demand creation efforts with partners, ensuring timely follow-up and qualification. Serve as a dedicated advocate for partners internally, fostering a collaborative, solution-oriented environment. Travel regularly within the region to meet partners and support key events. Requirements 5+ years of experience in the hi-tech industry, preferably in enterprise software. At least 3 years of experience in partnership or channel management roles. Minimum 2 years of experience in the cybersecurity market. Proven success managing relationships and driving results with channel and strategic partners. Good understanding of cybersecurity market dynamics, security operations, and the ecosystem. Demonstrated ability to present, articulate, and pitch XM Cyber’s value proposition to technical and business stakeholders. Expertise building and executing joint sales and go-to-market plans, managing pipelines, qualifying opportunities, and delivering results. Experience negotiating and managing commercial agreements with partners. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills; able to connect authentically at all seniority levels. Self-starter with a structured, curious mindset and passion for partnerships and technology. Collaborative team player who thrives working cross-functionally and balancing multiple stakeholders. Direct or indirect end-user sales experience preferred. Ability and willingness to travel regularly within North America.
