Working closely with sales, operations, product marketing, and external agencies, you will bring regional marketing plans to life while driving brand awareness and customer conversion. As a collaborative problem solver, you will turn business goals into actionable go-to-market strategies that deliver clear, measurable outcomes. You will advocate for our audience across the business, tailoring campaigns to local market realities and managing budget performance to support Xero's growth targets. The team & how they connect You will join a high-performing growth marketing team that collaborates closely across global marketing, US sales, product marketing, creative, and PR functions. Together, the team builds multi-channel experiences, shapes go-to-market strategies, and maintains strong alignment between regional priorities and global initiatives. Initially, the role may focus on: Developing and executing multi-channel go-to-market strategies for accounting and bookkeeping partners as well as small business segments Partnering with product marketing to launch new features, value propositions, and payment solutions in the US market Building and analyzing Salesforce and Tableau campaign reports to track sales pipelines and optimize lead generation Refining partner enablement content and sales presentation tools tailored to different firm sizes and tiers Where and how you can work This role is based in California with flexible working options, offering a hybrid or remote setup alongside access to local office spaces for team collaboration and boost days. The expected base salary range for this role is: $131,300-$164,100 USD Individual pay is determined by various factors, including geography, level of experience, and the specific skills you bring to the role. In addition to base pay, Xero’s roles are eligible for the following forms of variable compensation: Variable Pay: Permanent employees are eligible to participate in our annual bonus and equity (RSU) programs. You may also be eligible for performance-based cash or equity (RSUs) incentives depending on your role level, and company performance. Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to C-level executives including calendar and travel management. | Requires experience supporting C-level executives, strong organizational skills, discretion, and proficiency in Google Workspace. | How you’ll make an impact As an Executive Assistant to our Chief Business Officer (CBO), you will be a key player in helping make everyday life here at Xero tick. You’ll be working alongside our XLT so a supportive, collaborative and can-do attitude is a must! What you’ll do Active and accurate scheduling and diary/meeting management for all (high volume) inbound and outbound requests for the XLT member. Knowing how/what to prioritise is essential. Be the key point of contact for requests for visiting XLT/Board members and manage each request to completion or point the request to the relevant contact. Strong written and verbal communication; listens well and can easily learn to communicate in someone else’s “written voice”. Prepare agendas, minutes, and other papers in a timely and accurate manner, including assisting. Executives in the preparation, reporting, and analysis. Coordinate extensive and complex domestic and international travel plans. Provide excellent coordination and administration support to the Executive team as and when required e.g processing expenses, accounts, and other administrative support. Jack-of-all-trades, with experience in wide-ranging or cross-functional areas, and an eagerness to learn new skills. Able to prioritise conflicting needs proactively and with follow through. Strategic thinker, data-driven and analytical in approach to solving problems. Systems and process-thinker; loves creating order out of chaos. Attending XLT offsites to support the team may be required and would involve global travel. What you'll bring with you Highly organised, action-oriented, and able to manage business-critical issues with sound judgement and discretion High integrity, with proven experience handling confidential and sensitive information Strong strategic and collaborative capability, with the ability to build relationships, influence others, and work effectively across a global business Comfortable working behind the scenes to support senior leaders, anticipating needs and helping others perform at their best Versatile, adaptable, and willing to work beyond the immediate remit while acting as an ambassador and champion for Xero Significant experience supporting C-level or senior executives, ideally in a listed or fast-growth global business, with relevant business experience or qualifications and familiarity with Google Workspace preferred Compensation & Total Rewards At Xero, we value the impact and skills you bring to the team.
