We’re seeking an Operations Manager who will drive organizational efficiency, ensuring that record keeping, process documentation, financial operations, compliance, and contractual obligations are executed seamlessly. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, proactive management of systems and processes, and strong cross-functional communication to keep administrative components of the business operating smoothly. Maintaining accurate and organized record-keeping systems across Google Drive, Notion, and archives, ensuring timely updates and version control. Managing accounts payable/receivable processes, including invoice processing, reconciliations, collections, and timely financial reporting. Overseeing banking and treasury operations, and cashflow redundancy to support smooth financial operations. Driving end-to-end contract management workflows. Ensuring compliance and governance across multiple jurisdictions, including document recertifications, legal reviews, and board governance. Administering tools and systems (1Password, Google Workspace, AP and banking platforms, accounts/licenses) and monitor email accounts. Proactively identifying operational risks, compliance needs, and process improvements to strengthen organizational efficiency. Skills, Requirements and Qualifications. 4+ years in administrative, operations, project management, or finance roles, preferably in a startup or foundation. Proven ability to manage complex record-keeping, document workflows, and systemized processes. Exceptional attention to deadlines, document accuracy, and follow-up. Able to deliver projects end-to-end, across several work streams, concurrently. Strong grasp of accounts payable/receivable, cashflow management, cryptocurrency payments, reading financial reports, and treasury oversight. Familiarity with corporate governance, international compliance obligations, and contracts. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Carrying out administrative tasks and processes, and preparing operational documents such as reports, spreadsheets, and briefing notes. Drive special projects that increase our operational capabilities. Skills, Requirements and Qualifications. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, operations or project management role. Ability to work under pressure and evaluate priorities. High EQ — gains trust and enjoys working with people. Attention to detail and well organized. Tech-savvy with proficiency in automation tools and software.
