We are seeking HRIS & Compensation Analyst to add to our growing team. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HRIS & Compensation Analyst to join our Human Resources team. This hybrid role combines HR technology expertise with compensation analysis, ensuring our systems and pay programs are accurate, compliant, and strategically aligned. The ideal candidate thrives on data integrity, enjoys problem-solving, and brings a strong understanding of HR systems, ADP Workforce Now and compensation structures. What you will do: • RIS Management • Serve as the primary administrator for the ADP Workforce Now platform • Maintain data integrity by auditing and reconciling ADP WFN data regularly. • Develop and generate standard and ad hoc reports for HR metrics, compliance, and business insights. • Partner with IT and vendors to implement system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations. • Train HR staff and end-users on system functionality and best practices. • Establish and maintain HRIS data governance standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance. • Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using compensation surveys and tools (e.g., ERI, Radford) • Support the annual compensation cycle, including merit increases, bonuses, and equity reviews. • Analyze internal pay equity and recommend adjustments to ensure fairness and compliance. • Assist in the development and maintenance of salary structures, job classifications, and compensation policies. • Prepare compensation-related reports and presentations for leadership What you will bring: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field. • 3–5 years of experience in HRIS administration and/or compensation analysis. • Proficiency in Excel and HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP WFN, UKG) • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills. • Knowledge of FLSA, pay equity laws, and compensation best practices. • CCP certification is a plus. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. • Experience with HR analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus. Lead project management and process design for water/wastewater treatment facilities, conduct business development, prepare technical reports, and ensure regulatory compliance. | 7+ years water/wastewater engineering experience, 3+ years project management in this field, Bachelor's in Civil/Environmental Engineering, Minnesota PE license or ability to obtain, valid driver’s license, and strong organizational and communication skills. | Forge ahead with WSB. What You Will Do: • Lead project management and process design for new water/wastewater treatment facilities, lift stations, review existing water/wastewater treatment facilities, prepare reports for proposed equipment/systems upgrades and replacements, and present your findings to clients and regulatory agencies • Conduct business development and develop client relationships in the water/wastewater industry • Independently evaluate, select, and apply various treatment technologies, equipment, and processes to optimize performance or ensure compliance with environmental regulations, and apply the results to water/wastewater treatment plant configurations • Develop specifications and drawings such as process flow diagrams (PFDs) and process & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) for senior drafting technicians • Assess impact of changing DOH, EPA and MPCA regulations for specific client needs Travel to client and vendor locations for design reviews, field verification of designs, proposal presentations, and business development activities Competencies: • Honesty and integrity, sense of ownership, collaboration, persistence, pro-activity, organization, and planning are all expectations the person in this role. • Possessing a strong understanding of the construction industry in general, and construction materials testing and special inspection services specifically • Interest in Project management - tracking scope, schedule, quality, and budget • Interest in Business Development - Identifying, attracting, and securing a new, diverse client base What You Will Bring: • A minimum of 7 years of experience in water and/or wastewater engineering in areas such as evaluating, planning, designing, and constructing municipal and industrial water/wastewater treatment facilities, lift stations, wastewater conveyance and water distribution systems. • A minimum of 3 years of water or wastewater engineering project management experience • A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering A current Minnesota PE license or the ability to obtain one within 6 months • A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to work at a variety of locations • The ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and terrains associated with construction projects Excellent organizational and communications skills Experience in some or most of the following technical areas: • Wastewater treatment process design • Water treatment process design • Well and pump house design • Water Storage • Biological nutrient removal • Biosolids stabilization and processing • Pilot testing Process modeling • Advanced oxidation Our preferred candidate will have: • A Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering • Proven business development experience • Experience mentoring, developing, and mentoring staff Who We Are: WSB is a design and consulting firm specializing in Transportation, Community Planning, Environmental, Energy, Municipal, and Construction services.
