About The Role We're seeking a highly experienced, hands-on Senior DevOps Lead to take ownership of our infrastructure and lead our transition from purely external DevOps services to a hybrid internal & external team model. This is a critical leadership role that requires both strategic thinking and the ability to roll up your sleeves—you'll spend 30% of your time leading and mentoring a team of 9 contractors with varying skill levels and 50% architecting and implementing solutions yourself, with 20% for high-level thinking and operational planning. Ideal candidates have a strong background in network and *nix systems operations and software engineering, and have settled into DevOps as their current passion. You'll report directly to the VP of Engineering and have an immediate impact on infrastructure stability, security posture, and operational excellence across our AWS-based platform. Our infrastructure is mature with well-established Infrastructure as Code practices, and is actively growing to support new business needs and product capabilities. What You'll Do Lead by example—architect and implement infrastructure solutions using Terraform and AWS best practices Take ownership from external DevOps team, stabilizing operations and establishing internal team processes Define project scope, break down complex initiatives, and guide contractors through execution Evolve our IaC practices and ensure consistency across the growing infrastructure Own AWS infrastructure security, compliance, and cost optimization Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation Collaborate with engineering teams to support application needs and performance goals Develop infrastructure roadmap to support scaling and new product requirements Mentor contractors with varying skill levels, elevating team capabilities Evolve and refine monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes We'd Like To See 10+ years of DevOps/SRE experience with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role Deep expertise in AWS services including ECS/EKS, EC2, S3, databases, networking, and security Strong Terraform experience—you write clean, modular, reusable IaC Hands-on experience with container orchestration (ECS/EKS) Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodeBuild) Experience with monitoring and observability platforms (DataDog, CloudWatch) Experience with multiple production database technologies such as CouchDB/MongoDb, OpenSearch, PostgreSQL in production environments Strong understanding of network architecture, security best practices, and systems operations Proven ability to lead teams through both project definition and technical execution Excellent communication skills—you can translate technical concepts for various audiences Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently and drive initiatives to completion It Helps If You Have Exposure to GCP and/or Azure cloud platforms Background managing external contractor teams Experience scaling infrastructure in growing organizations (100-300 employees) What We Can Offer You Comprehensive benefits package - 100% of employee premiums covered by Worldly Statutory benefits provided in accordance with local labor laws for employees outside the U.S., administered through Deel Company-sponsored 401 (k) with up to 4% match for US-based employees Growth Opportunities Equipment Stipends Unlimited PTO Paid company holidays Life at Worldly Our team is motivated to transform the way products are made. Compensation Overview Base Salary $130,000 - $170,000 USD (US) $50,000 - $70,000 USD (Balkan Region) $40,000 - $60,000 USD (South America) 15% Annual Bonus Equity Stock (ICU) Option Program *Final compensation details will be determined based on a wide variety of factors, including experience and location. These factors will be evaluated and considered by Worldly throughout the entirety of this process. *For candidates located outside the U.S., the salary range listed in USD will be paid in the local currency equivalent at the time of offer using the then-current exchange rate.

About The Role We are seeking a tenacious Senior Manager of Demand Generation & Integrated Campaigns to join Worldly’s growing marketing team as we continue to expand Worldly’s penetration across the consumer goods industry. In this role, you will lead our efforts to drive qualified demand within consumer goods companies through targeted yet bold marketing programs that fuel Worldly's sales pipeline and drive us towards our ambitious revenue goals. The role will include working in lockstep with our Growth (sales) team to develop account-based marketing (ABM) strategies that engage key decision-makers within high-value accounts - driving meaningful engagement and conversations that convert. This role is a critical addition to the marketing team, and we are looking for someone who will bring a combination of strategy, creativity, and a laser focus on performance to be part of the next exciting chapter in Worldly’s growth. What You'll Do • Own and execute Worldly’s ABM-led demand generation strategy, designing programs and campaigns that connect with high-value accounts and buying committees in the consumer goods sector. • Develop integrated marketing campaigns across paid, organic, email, events, content syndication, and more, with a focus on driving qualified pipeline. • Partner deeply with sales and marketing leadership to align on ICP, account prioritization, outreach strategies, performance metrics and enablement tools from day one. • Apply a data-first mindset—monitoring and optimizing performance at every step of the buyer journey through messaging, targeting, and creative to drive better conversion outcomes. • Collaborate closely with the content and product marketing teams to create compelling assets, messaging, and narratives that speak to the real-world challenges of our buyers. • Own and evolve campaign workflows and reporting infrastructure using tools like HubSpot and ZoomInfo. This includes ensuring an adequate sales development process with a clear marketing-to-sales handoff and feedback loop, and ensuring campaign attribution, lead quality, and pipeline contribution are measurable and actionable. • Regularly report on campaign performance and insights to marketing and sales leadership, with clear recommendations for optimization and scale.
