For more information, visit WorldTravelHoldings.com. Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize complex SEM campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Search Ads 360 and other relevant platforms. Analyze program performance data to provide actionable insights, improve ROI, and inform strategic decisions. Proactively remain informed on industry innovations, particularly AI applications in search, to continually enhance strategies and processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including eCommerce, brand managers, design and merchandising, to execute an integrated marketing approach. Leverage AI-driven tools and automation to improve targeting, bidding, messaging and overall program efficiency. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for leadership, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that align with business goals. Qualifications 5–7 years of experience managing significant SEM programs ($MM) with proven success in managing programs toward established performance goals. Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Search Ads 360 and analytics platforms and other SEM platforms. Passion for data analytics and fluent at leveraging analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel, or similar). Comfortable adopting and testing emerging technologies, particularly AI-driven marketing solutions. Strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated experience with other paid channels optimized toward program goals (e.g., social media, display, programmatic). Preferred Skills: Certification in Google Ads, Search Ads 360, or related platforms. Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems. Knowledge of SEO fundamentals as they relate to paid search strategy.

Responsibilities Work in a scrum environment interacting with the scrum team and product owners throughout a Sprint developing user stories, use cases, flow charts and relevant artifacts to convey scope of work. Work closely with product owners to understand the overall business vision to develop product backlog items. Create and maintain product enhancement documentation. Collaborate with UI/UX designer to ensure that the design meets business requirements. Coordinate multiple phases of the software development life cycle including planning, requirements definition, system design and implementation of system applications in collaboration with product owners and scrum team members. Support project initiatives, including identifying and analyzing preliminary business needs, defining the project scope and objectives, and establish project milestones and timeline collaborating with stakeholders and development team. Assist with Sprint testing and user acceptance testing as needed. Work with the Training team to identify and assist in the development of training requirements for the delivery of all system projects to include "train the trainer" requirements and the necessary training materials. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or related field 5+ years in a business analysis role Strong analytical and project management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts Proficient in analyzing and documenting complex business processes Proven ability to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously and successfully In depth knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle Experience with Scrum or other Agile methods.
