Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, AI workflow issues, and production incidents. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability. Follow development best practices, coding standards, secure coding guidelines, and established engineering processes. Create and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and validation mechanisms to ensure software quality. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical documentation activities. Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA, DevOps, Security, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver quality solutions. Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment activities, release readiness, and production monitoring using Azure DevOps and related tooling. Build solutions with enterprise SaaS expectations in mind, including security, compliance, data privacy, observability, and supportability. Identify technical risks and communicate concerns to team members and stakeholders. Continuously learn and apply emerging technologies, particularly Generative AI, Azure cloud services, AI-assisted development tools, and modern software engineering practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 2–5 years of professional software development experience. 2+ years of experience developing applications using C# and .NET. Experience building web applications, APIs, and cloud-based solutions. Exposure to Generative AI technologies, AI-enabled applications, or AI-assisted development tools is preferred. Understanding of software engineering fundamentals including application design, testing, debugging, and performance optimization. Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud services. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud technologies. Understanding of secure software development practices, authentication, authorization, and data privacy principles.
