Communicates customer requests or issues to Dispatch or Operations Manager. Completely dumps all containers and leaves the customer’s location clean and free of debris. Completes and submits customer tickets when excess yardage must be removed. I. Job Summary The Senior Manager of Learning Enablement will lead a high-performing team of Senior Learning Consultants who partner across the business to solve complex performance challenges. This leader will oversee client management, learning needs analysis, strategy design, and delivery of complex learning projects that drive measurable business outcomes. The Senior Manager will serve as both a people leader and strategic thought partner, ensuring the team is focused on the right priorities, leveraging best-in-class methodologies, and working collaboratively with stakeholders to enable talent, accelerate performance, and strengthen organizational capability. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned. • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Senior Learning Consultants, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Provide strategic direction, guidance, and feedback to ensure the team delivers impactful, business-aligned solutions. • Manage resource allocation, workload prioritization, and project assignments across multiple lines of business. • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders, diagnosing performance • Ensure solutions are aligned with organizational goals, scalable across business units, and designed for long-term impact. • Champion the use of design thinking, 5Di, and other modern learning methodologies to foster innovation. • Act as the escalation point for client issues, ensuring expectations are managed and results delivered. • Partner with leaders to anticipate future capability needs and proactively design enablement strategies III. Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job. Must live and work in the US. A. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field (Master’s preferred). 8+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with at least 3 years in a people management role. B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements None required. C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required • Proven experience managing senior-level consultants or equivalent client-facing roles. • Demonstrated expertise in performance consulting, needs analysis, and development of learning strategies. • Strong background in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with measurable business impact. • Deep knowledge of modern instructional design, human-centered design, and adult learning principles. • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills with executive presence. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with competing priorities.
