About the role: As a Solution Architect II, you'll be empowered to define your own work and set the technical vision for assigned projects. Given broad business direction, you'll generate new frameworks, concepts, and methodologies within the solution architecture field. You'll be responsible for crafting your own roadmap and creating challenging yet achievable projects, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth. Responsibilities: Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs and challenges at a strategic level. Complex Requirements Analysis: Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into innovative and future-proof technical solutions. Concept Generation: Generate and promote new concepts, principles, and methods within the solution architecture discipline. Solution Design and Architecture: Design and architect highly scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions, considering emerging technologies and industry best practices. Technology Integration: Select and integrate cutting-edge technologies (hardware, software, cloud) to build robust and efficient solutions. Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and ongoing solution effectiveness. Presentation Leadership: Lead presentations and discussions, effectively defending your proposed solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Implementation Collaboration: Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of your designed solutions. Optimization Identification: Identify opportunities for optimization within existing systems and propose innovative solutions to improve overall efficiency. Emerging Technologies Monitoring: Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, actively evaluating and integrating them into your solution strategy. Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior Solution Architects and share your expertise by contributing to internal knowledge sharing initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field (Master's degree a plus) Minimum 7 years of experience in solution architecture or a related technical role (e.g., software development, DevOps, systems engineering) 3-5 years of experience in solution design and implementation, with expertise in a specific domain (e.g., cloud computing, security) Proven track record of successfully leading and executing complex technical projects Mastery of a broad range of technical skills relevant to the role, including cloud computing, enterprise architecture, and IT security Strong ability to generate innovative solutions and develop new approaches within the solution architecture field Strong communicator who can bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and consider long-term implications Certification in solution architecture (e.g., AWS/Azure Solutions Architect or Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect) Experience with enterprise integration patterns and best practices Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Strong understanding of microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) Ability to create and maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture designs and solutions Experience with automation and orchestration tools Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide technical teams Ability to stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends Experience in managing stakeholder expectations and delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget What’s in it for you? About the role: We’re looking for an energetic, creative, and empathetic Community Manager to lead our customer community, drive meaningful engagement, and transform our most passionate users into brand ambassadors. Our customers connect in a private Facebook Group, and we plan to evolve this community into Circle.so in the near future. You’ll be responsible for keeping the conversation thriving, moderating respectfully, posting valuable content, and building systems that elevate our most engaged members into advocates for the brand. This is a cross-functional role that touches content, customer success, and product feedback — perfect for someone who loves people and thrives at the intersection of strategy and daily interaction.
