Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and team management for multi-family housing portfolios. | Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting, 8-10 years' experience, 3-5 years' supervisory experience, advanced MS Office skills. | WinnCompanies is looking for a dynamic Director Analytics and Financial Reporting to join our growing team in our Fresno Regional Office. In this role, you will be responsible for the oversight of monthly financial preparation and reporting of a portfolio of multi-family housing entities across various operational silos. Specific responsibilities include preparation of annual budgets, tracking of portfolio/companywide metrics, strategic and risk analyses and other special projects as required by the management company and asset owners. The position will have oversight of a team of Financial Analysts and will be able to set priorities for themselves and their team independently of his/her supervisor. Please note that the salary range for this position is $112,439.21 to $152,747.60 annually. Final salary will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors. There is no relocation assistance for this position. Responsibilities Identity opportunities for efficiencies within the department, utilizing operating systems to the capacity available. Develop and implement procedures in an effort to streamline job functions within the department. Partner with operating system vendors to ensure business needs are met, and systems operate accordingly. Maintain strong relationships with both external and internal client bases to ensure that financial needs and points are understood and addressed timely and effectively. Oversee and support financial and operational planning, budgeting, re-forecasting, data management, analysis and reporting ensuring all internal and external reporting requirements and deadlines are met. Responsible for all aspects of talent management within the respective Analyst team including hiring, onboarding, training coaching and assigning workload to staff. Begin to act as liaison between support departments to ensure consistency across all aspects of Financial Reporting as well as across the multiple operational silos. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting Minimum of 8 to 10 years’ experience in Finance or Accounting Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ supervisory experience leading a team of Financial Analysts Advanced level skills in MS Office that includes Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access and other web-based applications Lead operational initiatives to meet or exceed customer service standards and expectations in area(s) of responsibility and/or across multiple areas in a timely and respectful manner. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, verbally and in writing, with internal and external customers. Must be comfortable with public speaking and facilitating presentations to management and leadership. Manage collaborative teams for larger projects or groups both internal and external to the organization and across functional areas. Demonstrate broad and comprehensive knowledge of theories, concepts, practices and policies with the ability to use in complex and/or unprecedented situations across multiple functional areas Flexibility to adapt and respond to various work changes and use independent judgment and manage priorities. A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy. Ensure regulatory compliance across multiple affordable housing sites through audits, training, policy implementation, and direct support to site managers. | 3-5 years affordable housing compliance experience, relevant certifications, strong knowledge of LIHTC and HUD, ability to travel in Southern California, and strong communication and organizational skills. | This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: California (USA) WinnCompanies is searching for an agile and dynamic Regional Compliance Coordinator to join our Affordable Housing Operations Team to support multiple sites with approximately 3,100 total units in Southern California. In this role, you will ensure that all policies and procedures from Winn and Affordable Housing agencies are communicated to and implemented by site managers and senior staff. You will be responsible for establishing a network of training, completing compliance reviews, monitoring property-specific compliance requirements, and providing direct support to the assigned portfolios to ensure properties are meeting or exceeding regulatory requirements across various agencies and organizations. Please note that this position offers a pay range of $30.00 to $35.00 per hour, based on experience. The selected candidate will adhere to the following schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. This is a remote position with travel required to Southern California, and the selected candidate must live in a state that WinnCompanies currently operates in. Responsibilities • Provide direct support and routine accessibility to properties within the assigned portfolio through attendance at regularly scheduled meetings, conference or direct calls, email, and the help desk ticketing system. • Perform regular on site and remote audits, both scheduled and unscheduled, and where possible, assist sites in preparation of, attend, and provide guidance in responding to agency audits. • Assist in regular review and revision of Compliance policies and procedures to reflect new or changing agency requirements. • Disseminate information about company policies and procedures, and implement changes as appropriate. • Participate in onboarding of new properties through analysis and interpretation of regulatory documents and system setup, and oversee the lease up or conversion of new and existing properties to ensure owner and investor expectations are met or exceeded. • Review reasonable accommodation requests and monitor reasonable accommodation logs to ensure properties are compliant with both agency and company policies and procedures. • Facilitate training through either direct delivery or coordination with existing trainings provided through professional organizations. • Various other administrative duties as assigned. Requirements • High school diploma or GED equivalent. • 3-5 years of relevant compliance experience in affordable housing. • Ability to travel to Southern California through San Diego. • SHCM, HCCP, and/or TCS, COS, CPO certifications. • Strong LIHTC and HUD experience. • Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office applications. • Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Work collaboratively with managers and small teams to support operations. • Demonstrated organizational, recordkeeping, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers. • A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
