The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in maintaining our dealership's reputation for outstanding service and support. Duties • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. • Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and closing of sales opportunities. • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. • Assist in inventory control by monitoring stock levels and coordinating with management on product availability. • Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure seamless operations and enhance customer experience. • Utilize retail sales techniques to promote products and services effectively, maximizing sales potential. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
