This team member will own key programs and project to drive critical business inputs to Whole Foods Market’s ecommerce channels such as channel strategy, selection, catalog, inventory, pricing, capacity, fulfillment and customer care. This role will drive programmatic improvements and best-in-class customer experience across Whole Foods Market delivery, pick-up, holiday ordering and catering. This will also lead program definition and execution in partnership with merchandising, marketing, operations, finance and technology. This role will also monitor the online grocery industry, providing thought leadership and innovation to drive the evolution of grocery ecommerce at Whole Foods Market and Amazon. This role is based in our Store Support Office in Austin, with an expectation of being 5 days in office. • Responsibilities: • Executes assigned Ecommerce programs and projects • Identifies and recommends optimizations for program execution based on competitive analysis, customer insights, customer feedback, and assessment of business results. • Develops program-specific tactics and goals to achieve business and customer engagement objectives. • Leads execution of programs, including: • Managing timelines • Managing budgets • Program status communication • Ensures / develops weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for Ecommerce programs. • Identifies reporting requirements and ensures access to program-related data • Partners with marketing analytics to assess metrics / dashboard and identify key performance insights. • Maintains awareness of Ecommerce trends, developments, and best practices. • Provides coaching and mentoring for new TMs. • Serves as a resource on WFM capabilities and captainships. • Informally shares appreciation and feedback to improve the performance of others.
