Serve as the primary liaison for Infor finance systems, lead process improvements and automation, support system configuration and training, and ensure data integrity and compliance. | Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, 5+ years experience with Infor finance modules, strong finance operations knowledge, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. | The Senior Infor Finance Systems Analyst serves as the primary liaison between the IT Infor systems team and the finance and accounting organization. This role combines deep knowledge of Infor’s financial modules with an understanding of accounting, reporting, and operational finance processes. The Infor Finance Systems Analyst will work closely with Finance leadership and staff to maximize Infor’s capabilities, improve workflows, and drive automation initiatives that increase accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. The role requires an individual to lead change and adoption of Infor by the accounting and finance, which will be supported by senior leadership. Key Responsibilities: • Act as the primary subject matter expert for Infor finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and related sub-ledgers. • Partner with Finance and IT teams to identify, design, and implement process improvements and automation within Infor. • Translate finance requirements into technical specifications for IT development and configuration. • Support system configuration, testing, training, and deployment of new Infor features and enhancements. • Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate with IT and/or Infor support, and ensure timely resolution. • Develop and maintain system documentation, process flows, and user guides. • Provide user training, onboarding, and ongoing support to finance staff on Infor functionalities and best practices. • Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities from a system perspective, ensuring accuracy and completeness as well as support budgeting, forecasting and FP&A related activities. • Maintain awareness of Infor releases and updates, assessing impact on finance processes and recommending adoption plans. • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. • Develop a comprehensive overall end to end business process understanding of P2P, O2C, etc. • Ability to work within, at times lead, cross functional groups tasked with developing improvement initiatives focused on improving processes and system capability that meet both the needs of Finance and the business as a whole. • Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field required. • And a minimum of 4 years relevant work experience. • 5+ years of experience with Infor finance modules, preferably in a corporate environment. • Strong understanding of core accounting principles and finance operations. • Proven track record of implementing process automation within ERP systems. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and business audiences. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail. • Experience with system testing, training, and documentation. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with Infor CloudSuite or Infor LN preferred. • Knowledge of finance compliance standards (SOX, GAAP, IFRS). • Familiarity with data integration tools, reporting tools, or APIs related to Infor. Other Requirements: • Subject to background check and drug testing. • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Occasional travel may be required.
