About The Role As a Deputy Director for the Poland Project, you will shape the direction and integration of the Poland Project to build three AP1000 reactors at the Lubiatowo-Kopalino site. You will provide leadership across this multi-billion-dollar megaproject including licensing, engineering, supply chain, construction support, operations and maintenance, and fuel supply. You will work with the client and have responsibility for increased Profit/Loss in a fixed price risk environment. You will report to the VP, New Plant Projects and can work remotely. Key Responsibilities • Lead a team of delivery personnel that peaks at over 1,500 in execution of AP1000 early development activities for Poland including licensing, engineering, and supply chain. • Work with company leadership and commercial resources to develop contracts that support both to delivery of the desired project and can be implemented commercially. • Manage overall work performance increasing from $100M per year to $1,200M per year over 2024 to 2026 for assigned project portions, including scope, cost, and schedule compliance. • Support development of new supply chain delivery entities, including ensuring compliance with required processes. • Work with functional leadership to ensure that needed expertise and numbers of resources are available to support the Poland project in execution of scope within the agreed schedule. • Develop and implement necessary project management project specific processes to support project execution efficiency and compliance. • Work with the client in reporting progress and integration of constructor and other client provided parties to ensure schedule effectiveness. Qualifications • BS degree in engineering, construction management or project management. • 20 years of experience in project management of large engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) projects. • Must be able to travel approximately 20% to Poland/European Union. • Demonstrated proficiency in project management of complex EPC projects. • Experience implementing projects across a broad range of contract types, including fixed price and cost reimbursable/time and materials • Fluency, both oral and written, in English and Polish, including to senior corporate executives. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $189,200 to $236,500 per year.
