Key Responsibilities • Assist with client account updates and documentation. • Communicate with clients via email, phone, or chat to address inquiries. • Support the customer and account management team in daily operations. • Track follow-ups, deadlines, and client requests. • Maintain accurate records in internal CRM systems. Requirements • Prior customer service or account support experience is helpful but not required. • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
