USA Residents Only: The Total Compensation hiring wage range for this position which the Company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position in the specified geographic areas or locations, is $210,000-280,000. About the Role As a RVP Sales West, you’ll lead a team of account executives responsible for selling WEKA to Enterprise level companies who need speed, simplicity, scale for their AI environments. Reporting to the VP of Sales, Americas, you and your team will collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Demand Gen to drive top of funnel pipeline and build our business opportunities with enterprise customers. The right person for this role will understand how to navigate complex sales cycles and sell technology into enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of meeting and exceeding quotas, capturing new logos to deliver growth, mentoring and coaching a sales team to drive results.
