View Job
Compensation$100K - 150K a year

Manage full ad operations lifecycle including trafficking, QA, pacing, delivery, analytics reporting, revenue assurance, and cross-functional collaboration across global teams. | 5-8 years publisher-side ad sales operations experience with bilingual English-Korean proficiency, strong analytics skills including Power BI and SQL, Salesforce literacy, ad server and SDK familiarity, and experience with campaign management and incident resolution. | WEBTOON Entertainment is a leading global entertainment company and home to some of the world's largest storytelling platforms. As the global leader and pioneer of the mobile webcomic format, WEBTOON Entertainment has transformed comics and visual storytelling for fans and creators. With its CANVAS UGC platform empowering anyone to become a creator, and a growing roster of superstar WEBTOON Originals creators and series, WEBTOON Entertainment’s passionate fandoms are the new face of pop culture. WEBTOON Entertainment adaptations are available on Netflix, Prime Video, Crunchyroll, and other screens around the world, and the company’s content partners include Discord, HYBE and DC Comics, among many others. We are seeking a Bilingual Ad Sales Operations & Analytics Manager to take ownership of the full ad operations lifecycle for both WEBTOON and Wattpad. In this role, you will manage all day-to-day ad ops actions, from trafficking and QA to launch, pacing, and delivery. A core part of the position involves translating data into actionable insights by building dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Trello. This will be crucial for explaining variances and driving revenue growth for our Sales and Finance teams. You will also be responsible for bridging bilingual execution, requiring seamless collaboration across our teams in Korea, the US, and Canada, as well as with various internal departments, including product, finance, legal, and sales. Your key responsibilities will encompass revenue assurance, where you will proactively detect and resolve issues to unblock delivery and manage make-goods, and analytics and reporting, which involves creating self-serve dashboards and weekly business readouts. You will also be vital in sales enablement, ensuring smooth continuity from bookings to delivery while maintaining IO hygiene and adhering to SLAs. Furthermore, you will drive process improvement by standardizing workflows with tools like Jira and Trello to increase efficiency. Finally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for ad servers, SDKs, and third-party partners to manage tags and measurement. Please note that this role focuses on direct sales ad operations and, while it collaborates on forecasting and reporting, it does not manage day-to-day programmatic buying. Responsibilities: Business Management & Analytics • Maintain weekly MBR/QBR inputs: bookings vs. revenue vs. delivery, variance bridges, and risk/opportunity flags. • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for Direct (and read-only views for Programmatic performance). • Partner with Finance/FP&A on forecasts and month-end close data hygiene (de-dupes, source-of-truth alignment). • Track pipeline → delivery conversion, fill gaps, and quantify revenue at risk & recovery. Responsibilities: Cross-Functional Leadership • Drive taxonomy/ID hygiene with Product/Engineering; champion trafficking standards and creative specs. • Lead incident post-mortems (root cause, fix, owner, ETA); publish learning notes and prevent recurrences. • Support new product/format rollouts (e.g., Rewarded Video, Native Ads) with Ad Ops readiness and SOPs. Responsibilities: Ad Operations Support / Reporting & Analysis • Support day-to-day Ad Ops across WEBTOON & Wattpad by tracking campaign setups, QA results, pacing, and delivery status. • Monitor campaign health metrics (frequency caps, brand safety, IVT, viewability, attribution) and flag risks or anomalies for escalation. • Provide structured updates to Sales and Management on campaign progress, delivery status, and operational risks. • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (Power BI, Trello, Tableau) to track campaign performance, revenue pacing, and operational KPIs. • Produce post-campaign analyses with actionable insights; identify repeatable best practices and support playbook development. Requirements: • 5–8 years in publisher-side Ad Sales Operations/ Sales Management (platform/app or content network). • Proven trafficking and delivery management across web/app; strong QA discipline and incident management. • Analytics strength: Power BI (or Tableau), advanced Excel/Sheets; comfort with SQL for joins and data checks. • Salesforce literacy (opportunity → IO → delivery reporting) and experience standardizing taxonomies/naming. • Familiar with ad servers/SDKs and measurement (e.g., Kevel, AppLovin MAX, Unity/Tapjoy; 3P tags, IVT/viewability). • Bilingual: Professional proficiency in English & Korean for cross-border collaboration. Preferred Qualifications: • Publisher/platform experience with Rewarded Video and Native formats. • Experience building Ops runbooks, SLAs, and dashboard products for non-technical stakeholders. • Exposure to programmatic reporting/forecasting (coordination with a programmatic counterpart). • Jira/Trello administration, QA automation, or scripting for ops checks. Tools You’ll Use: • Ad Ops & Delivery: Kevel (ad server), AppLovin MAX/Unity/Tapjoy (SDK/offerwall), 3P verification/IVT tags. • Data & Reporting: Power BI, SQL, Excel/Sheets. • Sales & Workflow: Salesforce, Jira/Trello, Confluence/Notion, Google Workspace/MS Office. Collaboration Model • Primary partners: Sales, Sales Ops/Finance, Product/Engineering, Creator teams, Legal/Policy. • Programmatic interface: Collaborate with Programmatic Lead (WEBTOON & Wattpad) for forecasts and consolidated reporting—no hands-on optimization in this role. $100,000 - $150,000 a year Please note, the above range is listed in USD.
