You will also be responsible for bridging bilingual execution, requiring seamless collaboration across our teams in Korea, the US, and Canada, as well as with various internal departments, including product, finance, legal, and sales. Your key responsibilities will encompass revenue assurance, where you will proactively detect and resolve issues to unblock delivery and manage make-goods, and analytics and reporting, which involves creating self-serve dashboards and weekly business readouts. You will also be vital in sales enablement, ensuring smooth continuity from bookings to delivery while maintaining IO hygiene and adhering to SLAs.
