Lead product marketing efforts, develop market positioning, and support revenue growth for Webflow. | 10-15 years in product marketing or related roles, with leadership experience, and familiarity with SaaS and AI technologies. | At Webflow, we’re building the world’s leading AI-native Digital Experience Platform, and we’re doing it as a remote-first company built on trust, transparency, and a whole lot of creativity. This work takes grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality. Our mission is to bring development superpowers to everyone. From entrepreneurs launching their first idea to global enterprises scaling their digital presence, we empower teams to design, launch, and optimize for the web without barriers. We believe the future of the web, and work, is more open, more creative, and more equitable. And we’re here to build it together. We’re looking for a Vice President of Product Marketing to help us sharpen how Webflow shows up in the market—owning the story, the positioning, and the proof that our platform drives revenue for customers. About the role: Location: Remote-first (United States) Full-time Permanent Exempt The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills. United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States) $250,000 - $350,000+ Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer As VP of Product Marketing, you lead the team sitting at the center of Marketing, Product, and Sales. You own product and solution marketing, analyst relations, competitive intelligence, community, and customer marketing. You’ll own the story, the positioning, and the proof that our platform drives revenue for customers. And you do all of this in close partnership with Product, Sales, CS, Partners, and every part of Marketing. Here’s what you’ll lead: Set the direction for product marketing. Work across brand, growth, comms, and our Revenue teams to align how we bring Webflow to market. Your job is to make sure our message, our product, and our GTM motion reinforce each other. Build a clear view of the market. Stay close to customer needs, partner signals, buying behavior, and the broader ecosystem. Translate that into where the real opportunities are. Own analyst relations. Lead how we engage with key industry analysts. Ensure they understand our strategy, our differentiation, and our momentum—because their perception shapes the enterprise market. Tell a clear, differentiated story. Equip the market with the materials that show our value: decks, narratives, white papers, posts, workshops, and the content that helps customers understand why Webflow is different and why it matters now. Enable the business. Give Sales, Product, and Marketing a grounded view of the competitive landscape. Make it easy for teams to understand where we truly stand and how we win. Build and activate our positioning. Develop the product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that anchor our GTM motion. Partner with channel and functional owners to make sure that story shows up consistently everywhere. Shape the roadmap. Bring market insight, competitive signals, and analyst feedback into product strategy, pricing, and packaging. Help us make the right bets—and avoid the ones that won’t move revenue. Grow proof and momentum. Expand our community and customer reference programs so the enterprise market can see and trust the results real teams are driving with Webflow. Create clarity through goals. Help the team set sharp goals and measurable outcomes. Make progress visible across the organization and bring a steady drumbeat of communication that builds trust and alignment. In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role. About you: Requirements: BS/BA degree or equivalent experience. 10–15 years in product marketing or adjacent marketing roles. 8+ years leading teams, with a strong track record of influencing and aligning stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Product. Experience building and marketing enterprise SaaS products. Proven ability to support an integrated GTM motion across sales, partners, and marketing. Demonstrated success in building marketing plans, securing buy-in, and driving execution. Exceptional communication skills—clear, concise, and executive-ready. Hands-on experience using AI in product marketing workflows You’ll thrive as a VP of Product Marketing if you have: Grit: the mix of passion and perseverance required to push through ambiguity. Curiosity: a genuine interest in understanding customers, markets, and how the business works. Reliability: you follow through, you close loops, and people know they can count on you. Team orientation: you play for the front of the jersey and default to “we,” not “me.” The ability to stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact. Our Core Behaviors: Build lasting customer trust. We build trust by taking action that puts customer trust first. Win together. We play to win, and we win as one team.
