About You Extensive leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing and developing people. Demonstrated experience in a training, learning and development, adult learning, or similar role. A passion for empowering and mentoring leaders at all levels. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively consult with and influence cross-functional partners. A collaborative and proactive mindset, with a strong ability to build relationships and gather feedback. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Experience with a tiered training program or similar leadership development framework is a plus. Ability to connect leadership development to broader business strategy and long-term organizational goals. A forward-thinking mindset with a commitment to staying current on trends in leadership development and technology. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a learning & development or talent management role, with at least 2 years focused specifically on leadership development. Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering impactful training programs. Strong knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design, and blended learning methodologies. Preferred: Master's degree in a relevant field. Certifications in coaching (e.g., ICF), training (e.g., ATD), or assessment tools (e.g., DISC, Hogan). About Wayfair Inc.
