Identifies specific metrics and mechanisms to measure benefits and plans to activate these mechanisms at the required time and monitors benefits against what was predicted in the business case. Ensures that all participants are engaged throughout the change program and fully prepared to exploit the new operational business environment. Supports operational managers and technology stakeholders to ensure that all plans, work packages and deliverables are aligned with the expected benefits. Conducts technology readiness assessments to assess the size, nature and impact of organizational change. Defines tactics to use considering the challenges to be addressed. Provides guidance and makes suggestions to support individuals responsible for operational implementation of change management activities. Gathers feedback to analyze the impact and effectiveness of the change management activities being deployed. Takes corrective action as required. Develops and communicates tailored technology change management plans and establishes and builds relationships with the project sponsors and key stakeholders. Sources and collects contract technology performance data (such as pricing and supply chain costs), and monitors performance against key performance indicators. Monitors progress against business objectives specified in the business case. Proactively manages risk and reward mechanisms in the contract and identifies and reports under-performance and develops opportunities for improvement. Monitors compliance with terms and conditions and takes appropriate steps to address non-compliance. Areas of responsibility include development, preparation and analysis of Epic reports, physician operating statements, patient billing/receivable reports, payroll reports, budget reports, manager/PI fund reports, as well as special reports for department leadership, Chairman, JOSP, FPP and affiliated hospitals. Job Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Standard Monthly Reporting Completes monthly reports for the Business Office, physicians, and managers. Establishes user reports for data frequently requested. Assists department in meeting information needs through standards reports and queries. Provides data and participates in the annual budget process and strategic planning process. Analyzes volume trends and prepares forecasts for department leadership, JOSP, and affiliated hospitals for future planning purposes. Ad Hoc Reporting Provides timely and accurate ad hoc reports for Chairman, Business Office, physicians, and managers. Report Development Works closely with Assistant Business Manager and Research Administrator to meet current reporting needs and develop reports based on the needs of the department.
