Key Responsibilities Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for key categories including compute hardware (GPUs, CPUs), networking, cooling, and data center services Negotiate and execute vendor agreements, MSAs, SOWs, and hardware purchase contracts to achieve optimal pricing and terms Build and manage a portfolio of preferred suppliers, maintaining robust qualification and performance management frameworks Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Engineering teams to ensure contracts align with technical requirements, financial targets, and risk policies Drive cost reduction initiatives and track savings against procurement budgets on a quarterly and annual basis Own the purchase order lifecycle from requisition through payment, ensuring SLA compliance and issue resolution Develop procurement policies, playbooks, and standard operating procedures to improve consistency and compliance Manage and mentor Procurement Analysts, providing coaching and career development support Monitor market trends in semiconductor supply chains, hardware pricing, and logistics to inform sourcing strategy Partner with the Data Center team on infrastructure buildout procurement requirements and vendor selection Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred 5–8 years of procurement experience, with at least 2 years managing direct spend categories in a technology or infrastructure environment Demonstrated track record of successfully negotiating and managing multi-million-dollar vendor contracts Experience with sourcing GPU/AI accelerator hardware, servers, or data center infrastructure strongly preferred Proficiency with procurement systems (Coupa, SAP Ariba, or similar) and ERP platforms Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams High proficiency in data analysis and spend analytics tools Preferred Qualifications Direct experience at a cloud hyperscaler, data center operator, or AI infrastructure company Familiarity with NVIDIA, AMD, or custom ASIC hardware procurement CPSM, CPP, or CSCP certification Experience building procurement functions from early-stage through scale Compensation $100,000 - $110,000 Final compensation will vary depending on years of experience, background/skill set, location, and applicable laws.
