Role Description As Creator Program Manager at Vocal Media, you'll execute cross-platform influencer campaigns and lead relationships with our client organizations. This is an incredible opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the most important social issues of our time, while flexing your creative muscles. • Design, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, Substack, and other key platforms on behalf of progressive organizations and candidates • Manage positive client relationships and regularly update clients on campaign progress, including preparing for and leading weekly client calls • Serve as a strategic subject matter expert to clients on the creator economy and social content strategy • Establish campaign goals and finalize campaign materials, including creative briefs and other assets • Analyze campaign metrics and progress to goals, and proactively adjust strategy as needed • Develop and present post-campaign reports to clients • Work closely with digital creators to develop creative and engaging content that meets campaign brief requirements • Strategize with colleagues and clients to find new creative tactics to innovate on content, sourcing, and team processes • Stay up-to-date on current events, trends and news stories as it pertains to key social platforms and the content creation industry, to serve as an expert in strategy conversations with clients Qualifications • 3+ years of professional experience in social media strategy and content creation • Confident communicator with a client services focus • Passion for intersectional progressive issues and a strong cultural competency • Deep understanding of an ever-changing social media landscape, particularly as it pertains to growing an online presence, working with content creators, and utilizing trends • Great organizational & communication skills with a strong commitment to follow-up • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously under strict deadlines • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with variable hours and strict deadlines Benefits • This cycle-hire position includes full-time employment through November 2026 • Health insurance covered at 90% for full time employees; Dental and Vision available • Unlimited PTO and sick leave • 401(k) plan • Completely virtual work environment & one-time home office set up reimbursement, as well as home wifi stipend • Work in any timezone within the continental U.S.

As a Digital Program Manager (Brand Social), you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of client social media programs, overseeing social media coordinators while ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction. You’ll serve as a primary strategic and operational lead for client accounts, balancing staff management, program logistics, client communication, and high-level content strategy development and execution. This role requires operational excellence, strong leadership skills, and the ability to maintain high-quality deliverables while fostering team growth and client relationships. This is a full-time position through November 2026, with the opportunity for extension. Responsibilities Strategic Program Oversight Lead day-to-day management of social media programs, aligning strategic direction with client goals; Coordinate across departments and with external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution, from content production and approval to performance reporting; Serve as a thought partner to clients, proactively identifying growth opportunities and innovative strategies to optimize performance and reach client goals. Staff Management & Team Development Lead multiple social media coordinators to execute program strategies, providing resources, guidance, and feedback to drive content excellence and team performance; Host internal team meetings and regular 1:1s to address challenges, provide consultation and support, and ensure alignment on goals and deliverables; Foster a positive, inclusive team culture by promoting collaboration, recognizing achievements, and motivating team members to perform at their best while maintaining high standards of work quality. Program Operations & Administration Monitor content output and performance across client social media accounts, tracking audience data, progress to goals, and overall program effectiveness; Oversee the content production process from ideation to publication, ensuring output is both brand-aligned and performance-optimized; Collaborate with internal departments in developing and leveraging resources and tools to execute and optimize client programs. Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day program needs, leading weekly client meetings, presenting program updates, facilitating discussions, and ensuring strategic alignment; Produce comprehensive client-facing reports that showcase program performance, highlight key metrics, provide strategic insights, and demonstrate ROI across social media initiatives; Maintain consistent, proactive communication with clients, ensuring they are informed, engaged, and confident in program direction and results.
