VML is in search of a SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER – INTEGRATED CAMPAIGNS What you'll do: • Work closely with respective team members from various disciplines (Media, CRM, Creative, Project Management, Account, AdOps, and Analytics) within the agency to optimize and coordinate advertising campaign strategies and potentially regional offers across Paid Digital, Site, Social, Print / traditional, and E-mail. • Work within our internal systems, platforms, and with our partners to execute campaign launches, this includes trafficking, creative development, Q/A, and troubleshooting. Specifically: • Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. • CREATING project scope and objectives clearly. • Breaking down complex projects into manageable tasks. • Ensure that all projects remain consistent with agency and client approved brand communications strategies throughout the advertising development process. Specifically: • Tracking progress against the plan and identifying potential roadblocks. • Managing timelines and ensuring deadlines are met. • Leading regular status meetings and providing updates to stakeholders. • Managing risks and implementing mitigation strategies. • Proactively drive development and implementation of cross-channel advertising content, working with cross functional teams to ensure consistency across all consumer marketing messages. • Perform other duties and projects as assigned. What you'll need: • 3-5 years of experience in digital project management: Demonstrated experience managing digital advertising campaigns across various channels (Paid Digital, Site, Social, Email). Experience with traditional advertising is a plus, but digital expertise is paramount. • Proven track record of successful campaign execution: Provide examples of successfully launched and managed campaigns, highlighting key achievements and metrics. • Deep understanding of digital marketing principles: Demonstrate a strong understanding of digital media planning, buying, campaign optimization, and performance analysis. • Technical proficiency: Familiarity with ad trafficking, creative development processes, QA procedures, and troubleshooting techniques within digital advertising platforms. • Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyze campaign data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize performance. • Client management experience: Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships, presenting campaign updates, and managing client expectations. • Agency experience (required): Experience working within an agency environment and collaborating with various internal teams (Media, CRM , Creative, Account, AdOps, Analytics). Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals, ensuring compliance and leveraging current trends. | 7+ years of social marketing experience, expertise in regulated industries, and ability to work independently. | Social Strategy Director (Healthcare/Pharma sector)- Freelance Who we are looking for: VML is seeking an experienced Social Strategist, Director level, to join VML on a long-term (potentially up to 6 months) Flex (Freelance) assignment. This highly visible, client facing assignment will require a 20 hours per week commitment. The ideal candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented strategist who loves knowing the ins and outs of social media tools, strategies, technologies and processes. You will be skilled in how Social Strategies (Organic & Paid) work hand in hand with the overarching brand strategies for a client in the Healthcare/Pharma sector. You'll help evolve and (in some cases) help invent an existing Brand's comprehensive social strategy, and work to uncover insights that can guide a brand's ideas and decisions, again, in all things ‘social’. What you’ll do: • Partner with creative, brand strategy, analytics & data and our media teams to support a brand's social strategy and social marketing goals • Organize and schedule social media strategy with an eye on calendar events (Open enrollment periods as one example) ensuring compliance with brand specs, as well as legal and regulatory guidelines • Plan and execute social media strategic campaigns that support key brand milestones and tentpole events (again for Organic and Paid Social) • Keep a pulse on current events, online trends and potential controversies or threats relevant to the brand • This will include writing creative briefs in partnership with organic and paid social media and brand strategy, reviewing social executions aligned to best practices and platform specs. • The platforms included in this strategy and consultation include FB, IG, Reddit, YT, and LinkedIn.
