Advanced degree is a plus. • 2 or more years of relevant experience required. • Experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain within healthcare. • Skilled in managing RFPs, contract development, redlining, and negotiation, with cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliance and alignment. • Strong project management abilities, with a track record of leading sourcing initiatives from planning through implementation; experience with procurement systems such as Workday is a plus. • Exceptional analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). • Proven relationship-building skills to engage internal teams and external vendors in achieving shared goals. • Willingness to travel. #IDS Estimated Hiring Range At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances.
