Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst / Documentation & SharePoint Support Specialist to support end-user engagement, documentation development, SharePoint site maintenance, and requirements management across enterprise programs. The ideal candidate brings strong communication, analytical abilities, and the capability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation and guidance. This role requires direct interaction with end users, structured ticket management, and the ability to support dynamic, fast-paced Agile environments. Key Responsibilities: Create, update, and maintain comprehensive end-user documentation, guides, and reference materials. Perform SharePoint site editing, updates, and content maintenance, ensuring accuracy and usability. Engage with end users through a formal ticketing/request management system, providing clear, timely support and issue resolution. Facilitate requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, and user meetings. Lead or support activities involving business analysis, requirements elicitation, and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements. Apply strong strategic thinking and scoping practices to define problem statements, business needs, and project objectives. Prepare and deliver presentations, formal documents, and status updates to technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborate across project teams to ensure alignment with SDLC and Agile practices. Skills Required: Proven ability to create and maintain end-user documentation and structured artifacts. Hands-on experience managing and maintaining SharePoint sites (content updates, structure management, permissions support). Experience communicating with customers/end users via ticketing or request management systems. Strong proficiency in analytical, project planning, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent communication skills including facilitation, interviewing, documentation writing, and presentations. Demonstrated ability to independently apply requirements management, requirements elicitation, and strategic thinking to complex project environments. Preferred: Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Teams). Experience with Agile-based tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, GitHub Enterprise Server, Trello, etc. Advanced understanding of SDLC methodologies, UML concepts, and structured documentation practices. Strong active listening skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to lead automation, CI/CD, infrastructure provisioning, and enterprise application hosting across cloud and on-prem environments. This role requires strong hands-on experience with GitHub actions, Terraform, Azure, containerization, and modern application development. Key Responsibilities: Build, optimize, and maintain GitHub Actions workflows and CI/CD automation. Use Terraform to deploy and manage Infrastructure as Code across cloud environments. Provide expertise in Azure and full SDLC processes. Support enterprise application hosting, including COTS applications deployed on-prem or within internal cloud tenants. Develop applications using modern programming languages following secure coding practices. Administer and support GitHub Enterprise Server and JFrog Artifactory. Troubleshoot complex DevSecOps, environment, and hosting issues with minimal assistance. Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field (master’s preferred). Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (Azure preferred). Strong experience with Docker, Helm, and containerized application deployments. Working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems. Ability to work independently and diagnose/resolve technical issues with minimal guidance. Experience in Enterprise Application Hosting Support. Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills. Strong problem-solving and cross-team collaboration abilities. Preferred: Working understanding of RHEL. Ability to independently triage, validate, and prioritize backlog work. Strong ability to explain and model complex Azure architecture designs. Relevant DevSecOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure certifications are a plus (Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes, etc.).
