We’re seeking a Strategic Initiatives & Transformation Analyst to help turn our enterprise strategy into measurable, meaningful outcomes that strengthen how we serve donors, hospitals, and patients. In this role, you’ll translate complex, multi-year initiatives into clear success metrics, automated executive dashboards, and compelling insights that guide leadership decisions. Partnering closely with senior leaders and initiative owners, you’ll ensure enterprise transformations—such as ERP implementations, mergers, and system redesigns—deliver real, sustainable change, not just go-live milestones. This position can work remotely from a work-at-home office anywhere in the United States. Our comprehensive total rewards support you, your family, and your future with: • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • 401K + 5% company match • Tuition assistance up to $5k per year • Free basic life and AD&D insurance • Free short-and-long-term disability insurance • Paid time off • Employee Resource Groups • Recognition and perks As a Strategic Initiatives & Transformation Analyst, you'll get to: • Develop, publish, and maintain executive-level dashboards and reporting that track progress, outcomes, and value realization for enterprise strategic initiatives • Define and govern success metrics, OKRs/KPIs, and benefits-realization measures to ensure accurate, consistent, decision-ready data • Translate complex data into clear executive narratives, insights, and recommendations that support invest, pivot, or stop decisions • Perform business case, variance, and root-cause analysis to assess initiative performance against plan and intended outcomes • Track portfolio-level performance, risks, dependencies, and enterprise capacity; surface trends and recommend course corrections • Quantify change readiness and adoption, including training effectiveness, utilization, stakeholder sentiment, cutover readiness, and post-go-live stability • Maintain and govern an enterprise transformation portfolio, including standardized definitions, metrics, cadence, and reporting • Support development of transformation roadmaps and strategic plans across multi-year initiatives • Prepare high-quality executive and board-level materials, including dashboards, one-page briefs, and status reporting • Partner with senior leaders and initiative owners as a trusted advisor, facilitating data-driven reviews and documenting decisions Requirements Knowledge/ Education • Bachelor’s degree in related area, required. • Knowledge in Key Performance Indicators and financial reporting required. • Advanced knowledge of Excel, required. • Financial acumen (business case development; ROI/NPV/IRR; scenario analysis), preferred. • Knowledge of structured change management (e.g., ADKAR), OKRs, and portfolio governance, preferred. • Knowledge of data and visualization tools supporting data metrics and dashboard, preferred. Experience • Six (6) years of related experience required. To include: • Leading analysis of organizational strategy, transformation, portfolio analytics, finance/FP&A, or operations—supporting executive decision making. • Independently developing queries, reports, scorecards, and dashboards. • Preparing and analyzing operational and performance data to make strategic business recommendations • Working in a collaborative, team-based environment supporting complex, multi-stakeholder project. • Experience with developing Business Cases and ROIs preferred. • Experience supporting ERP, M&A integration, or enterprise platform modernization, preferred. • Experience with Microsoft Fabric/OneLake, Azure Synapse/Data Factory; or Alteryx for data prep/automation, preferred. • Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations; exposure to healthcare supply/distribution, preferred. The Business Process Improvement Manager supports continuous improvement initiatives across the organization, partnering with national and functional leaders to plan and execute improvement projects. The role applies Lean and Six Sigma principles to enhance quality, efficiency, and effectiveness-identifying and prioritizing opportunities, leading cross-functional teams, and using both statistical and practical problem-solving tools. Additionally, this position serves as the Smartsheet administrator, providing expertise in system configuration, user access, and automated workflow development to enable lean, efficient processes across the enterprise. This hybrid role is based at our National Headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ, with a schedule of three in-office days per week and two remote work-from-home days.
