What to Expect: Start Date January 26, 2026 Must reside in North Dakota or South Dakota Schedule: We have two options • Tues -Sat 10:30 AM-7:00 PM--8% shift diff per hour for Saturday (ARIZONA TIME) • Sun-Thur-10:30 AM - 7:00 PM --8% shift diff per hour for Sun (ARIZONA TIME) • Paid Training is 4 Weeks (9am -5pm Arizona Time). Requirements • * High School Diploma or GED required • Call center experience is strongly preferred. • Must live in /near North Dakota or South Dakota • Must be comfortable with high volume outbound calls. • Must be comfortable with achieving and maintaining required contact center metrics. Compensation for this position is based on several factors, including but not limited to years of relevant experience, education, and geographical work location. Final pay will be determined in accordance with applicable law and internal equity.

We're currently seeking a temporary, full-time Business Systems Analyst II to support that mission through expert functional and technical application support. In this role, you'll serve as an internal consultant, resolving system challenges, supporting upgrades and new implementations, and recommending process or application improvements that help our teams work smarter and more efficiently in support of patients across the country. What to Expect Schedule: Monday - Friday Work Location: This position can be located remotely from a work-at-home environment anywhere in the United States. As a Business Systems Analyst II, you'll get to: • Follow change control processes through project completion. • Create and refine RFPs, requirements, specifications, and functional design documents. • Develop and execute testing plans and review test results. • Ensure adherence to design standards and conventions. • Configure, implement, and maintain assigned applications to meet evolving business needs. • Manage application security roles in line with regulatory standards and best practices. • Stay current on industry trends and build professional networks. • Communicate project updates through presentations and team meetings. • Collaborate with project staff to ensure smooth, on-time delivery. • Perform data extractions for end users using approved tools. • Act as a subject matter expert and support resource for assigned applications. • Coordinate with vendors to ensure business requirements are met. • Assist with developing and monitoring project budgets.
