A high school diploma or GED is required, with additional coursework in medical billing, coding, or healthcare administration preferred. | Description Position Summary The Charge Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately entering and reviewing medical charges to ensure proper coding and billing practices are followed. This role is critical to supporting the revenue cycle by ensuring timely and accurate charge capture. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in coding, billing, or charge entry within the healthcare industry, along with a strong attention to detail and knowledge of medical terminology, CPT, and ICD codes. **This is a fully remote role** Key Responsibilities Charge Entry: Accurately enter charges and billing information into the electronic health record (EHR) and billing systems, verifying the accuracy of CPT, ICD, and HCPCS codes. Quality Assurance: Review charge entries for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with billing guidelines and healthcare regulations. Coding and Billing: Apply knowledge of coding standards to ensure accurate and compliant charge capture, correcting and clarifying discrepancies when necessary. Data Verification: Confirm that all required data, including patient information and insurance details, is complete and accurate before submission. Collaboration: Work closely with the billing and coding teams to resolve issues, clarify documentation, and ensure accurate charge capture. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of charges, corrections, and adjustments in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on changes to medical billing, coding standards, and insurance guidelines to maintain compliance and accuracy. Requirements Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in charge entry, coding, billing, or a similar role within the healthcare field. Education: High school diploma or GED required; additional coursework in medical billing, coding, or healthcare administration preferred. Knowledge: Proficiency in medical terminology, CPT and ICD coding systems, and healthcare billing processes. Technical Skills: Familiarity with EHR/billing software and Microsoft Office Suite. Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with remote teams. Salary & Benefits The estimated hiring salary range for this position is $20/hr - $22/hr. * The actual salary will be based on a variety of job-related factors, including geography, skills, education and experience. The range is a good faith estimate and may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for a range of benefits including medical, dental and 401K retirement plan.

The Key Accounts Manager is responsible for selling Vital Connect products and developing strategic territory sales plans. This position manages both clinical and financial aspects of the account to ensure customer satisfaction. | Candidates must have a B.S./B.A. or equivalent experience and 2-5 years of sales experience in the medical device or healthcare industry. Strong communication, planning, and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and in a team. | Description Purpose The Key Accounts Manager is primarily responsible for selling Vital Connect products to clients. Additionally, the Account Executive is responsible to work collaboratively with internal partners, to develop and implement comprehensive strategic territory sales plans for all products, programs and services. This position manages both clinical and financial aspects of the account to provide ultimate customer satisfaction. Candidates must reside in the following: Knoxville, TN and Surrounding areas. Responsibilities Meet, if not exceed sales quotas Develop and implement a territory business plan and sales strategy Explore and close new business opportunities Communicate Vital Connects competitive differentiation to enhance sales and convert competitive accounts Effectively utilize and coordinate internal/external resources to achieve sales and territory goals Complete company reports, plans and projects in accordance with company standards and expected deadlines Conduct effective and ongoing communications with all Vital Connect internal and external customers Understand and comply with company and regulatory/compliance policies and procedures Stay within company budget guidelines with business expenses Complete other duties as assigned Requirements Qualifications Experience and Education B.S./B.A. or equivalent related work experience required 2-5 years demonstrated experience as a top level sales performer in the medical device pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Experience in Cardiac/EP sales highly desired. Significant experience in negotiating and closing new business and/or budgeting Demonstrated strategic selling skills (strategy development and execution) Must be able to work independently and in a team environment Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication and presentation skills Outstanding planning and organization skills Strong analytical problem-solving skills and computer aptitude Familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures related to field sales Ability to travel as needed Valid driver’s license required Ability to lift up to 40 - 50 lbs Clinical experience in a Cardiac environment a plus Salary & Benefits The estimated hiring salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 base + generous commission plan.* The actual salary will be based on a variety of job-related factors, including geography, skills, education and experience. The range is a good faith estimate and may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for a range of benefits including medical, dental and 401K retirement plan.
