Provide administrative support in a healthcare setting including scheduling, patient record management, and office coordination. | At least one year of healthcare office experience with strong organizational, communication, and technical skills. | We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a professional demeanor, ensuring smooth operations within the office. This role is essential in providing support for various departments and enhancing the overall efficiency of our organization. The Administrative Assistant must have one year of experience in a Healthcare office environment. Responsibilities: • schedule patient appointments, consultations, and follow-up appointments, collect and organize patient information, including medical history, referral documents and prior test results. • Administrative Duties: maintain and update patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations, managing the intake process, including forms, consent documentation and insurance verification • Support for Medical staff: assist with organization and management of testing materials, coordinate communication with other healthcare professionals • Manage phone calls and maintain professional phone etiquette while addressing inquiries and directing calls appropriately. • Assist with office management tasks, including inventory management and ordering supplies as needed. • Required Skills: Attention to detail, Communication, Organization, Technical Skills, Familiarity with Pediatric Clinic practices • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred. • Strong customer service skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse clientele.
