As a Social Media Strategist (we call it an Account Manager), your job is to help guide our clients once they start working with us. You’ll welcome them in, help shape their content strategy, and make sure they’re creating videos that actually get seen. You’ll coach clients each week, send them quick Loom videos with feedback and ideas, and hold them accountable to stay consistent. You’ll also keep an eye on what’s performing well and help them tweak their approach so their content keeps improving. Most of your job is simply building relationships staying in touch, keeping clients inspired, and helping them get results. This role is perfect for someone who already understands short-form content, knows how algorithms work on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and enjoys helping others succeed. You should feel comfortable talking to people, giving creative advice, and staying organized across multiple clients. Edit short-form social media videos based on timestamps provided by creative directors without needing to provide creative direction. | Proficiency in video editing and ability to craft emotional impact through music and pacing for social media reels. | We're looking for video editors to join our agency. We are the top editing agency in the US. We have a specific mission (closely related to Charile Kirks). We work with Conservative content creators mainly. We have worked/work with the largest in the space. Your job would be to edit videos for their socials. They record podcasts, long form content + more. We take those and have creative directors, whose job is to pull out the best bits and send you (editor) a timestamp document. So no creative direction is necessary. You must be proficient in editing and have a good understanding of crafting emotion on a piece of content using music/pacing. We get our clients millions of views on a daily basis and had a direct impact on the election. This isn't just a job, it's a mission. You'll be paid $10-$15/reel you edit. (these are only 35-90 second videos with fairly minimal effects etc). Each client does 12 - 60 reels/month on their socials. Most editors can take 10-20 clients.
