About the Position: We are looking for a Go To Market Recruiter to join our growing People team. In this role you will play a key role in growing the VideaHealth team, responsible for managing end to end recruitment processes for our go to market organization, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent who are a strong culture fit. This opportunity is based in our Brooklyn New York office on a hybrid work schedule. Key Responsibilities: Own full-cycle recruiting for Go-To-Market roles across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Partnerships Partner with hiring managers and GTM leadership to define role profiles, scorecards, and interview plans, and to build hiring strategies aligned to quarterly growth goals. Partner with hiring managers and leadership team to build and implement hiring strategies Source, attract and engage top talent through creative and effective sourcing strategies Build and execute creative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, outbound email, communities, events, and targeted pipelines Run structured screening and interview loops that evaluate competencies, performance history, and values alignment, while ensuring equitable, consistent assessments. Manage the interview process end-to-end: scheduling, debriefs, feedback collection, and candidate communication—delivering a high-touch, best-in-class candidate experience. Drive offer strategy and closing in partnership with leaders: compensation alignment, level calibration, and stakeholder coordination to increase acceptance rates. About You: 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment. Demonstrated success hiring for GTM roles (Sales/Marketing/CS/RevOps), with strong instincts for what “great” looks like across different functions and seniority levels. Strong sourcing and outreach skills; you’re comfortable building pipelines from scratch and experimenting with messaging and channels. Confident partner to hiring managers and leaders—able to push for clarity, manage tradeoffs, and keep searches moving with urgency and transparency. Data-informed and detail-oriented: you use funnel metrics and ATS reporting to diagnose bottlenecks and improve outcomes. Excellent communicator with a candidate-first mindset and high bar for experience and follow-through. Bonus: experience supporting broader People Ops/HR initiatives (onboarding, process improvement, programs). The Application Support Specialist will deliver tier 1 and tier 2 support to end users, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage the support queue. About the Position: VideaHealth is looking for an Application Support Specialist. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert supporting our customers throughout their AI-powered dental care journey. You’ll partner closely with the Customer Success team to ensure every VideaAI user receives timely, thoughtful, and effective support. Key Responsibilities: Deliver tier 1 and tier 2 support to end users via phone and email Troubleshoot technical and user-facing issues; escalate complex bugs or feature requests to Product or Engineering as needed Triage the support queue and manage day-to-day ticket workflows Monitor SLA response times and drive improvements when bottlenecks occur Analyze support trends to inform process, product, and documentation enhancements Create and maintain internal and external support documentation Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve client-reported bugs and installation issues Collaborate with both Product and Engineering to ensure all reported client bugs or installation issues Maintain a strong understanding of VideaHealth products and workflows Support the Customer Success team on technical deliverables and escalations Requirements: Functional 2+ years of demonstrated SaaS technical support experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
