Manage client interactions, schedule appointments, and maintain records in a veterinary setting. | Previous customer service or front desk experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and comfort with computer systems. | Responsibilities Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism Manage appointment scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and route messages appropriately Process payments, estimates, and basic billing questions Communicate clearly with veterinarians and support staff to ensure smooth daily operations Maintain accurate client and patient records Support client education by sharing hospital policies, preventive care reminders, and follow-up instructions Qualifications Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred (veterinary or medical setting a plus) Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Compassionate, calm demeanor - especially in emotionally sensitive situations Comfortable using computer systems and learning practice management software What VetnCare Offers Competitive salary: $20–$25/hour, based on experience Training and ongoing support to help you succeed Opportunities for growth within VetnCare We’d love to hear from you.
