Lead end-to-end SaaS implementation projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and ensure project success. | Experience leading healthcare payer SaaS implementations, strong project management skills, familiarity with Agile and Waterfall, stakeholder management, and technical understanding of SaaS deployments. | We are seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead the successful rollout of SaaS-based technology solutions for healthcare and enterprise clients. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, and providing a seamless onboarding experience for customers. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management skills with technical acumen and a customer-focused mindset. Worksite Location: • Hybrid (onsite 3 days each week in Dallas, TX) Pay Range • $100-120K/year salary Benefits • 401(k) with 4% Company Match • Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA/FSA, Fitness Reimbursement • Company-paid life insurance, short-term/long-term disability • Generous PTO, paid holidays Roles & Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end implementation of SaaS solutions, managing scope, timelines, and budgets. • Create detailed project plans, monitor deliverables, and coordinate cross-functional execution. • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage issue escalation. • Refine workflows, drive process automation, and improve integration between systems. • Facilitate project update meetings and ensure stakeholders remain aligned on priorities. • Act as the primary client contact throughout implementation and onboarding. • Conduct discovery sessions, workflow mapping, and gap analyses. • Deliver progress updates, executive briefings, and client training sessions. • Build strong client relationships to promote adoption and long-term success. • Translate business requirements into technical specifications. • Support system configuration, data migration, and testing phases. • Troubleshoot deployment issues and collaborate with technical teams on resolution. • Align technology solutions with business goals to ensure measurable outcomes. • Track KPIs and report on project outcomes. • Capture feedback and document lessons learned to optimize future implementations. • Leverage analytics to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. • Drive adoption of automation, self-service capabilities, and other innovations. Required Skills & Experience • Must have experience leading customer implementations for healthcare payer clients (not product development or IT systems) • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder software implementations. • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall project management methodologies. • Strong understanding of customer success, onboarding, and adoption best practices. • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. • Data-driven decision-making experience and process improvement expertise. • Background in SaaS deployments, system configuration, and integration best practices. • Exposure to SQL, data migration processes, and security protocols. • Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet, Salesforce, or similar). • Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS environment is advantageous. • Project management certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP) are a plus. • Familiarity with AI/ML applications in healthcare is a bonus. • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • High attention to detail with adaptability to shifting priorities. • Collaborative team player with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Lead and manage complex data migration projects including defect resolution, data validation, and client collaboration to ensure successful conversion execution. | Experience leading data conversion projects, defect triage and management, client-facing leadership, data validation and mapping, and strong organizational and communication skills. | We are seeking a Data Conversion Lead to provide leadership and guidance on complex data migration projects. This role will work directly with clients to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve defect issues while collaborating with internal technical teams and external partners when needed. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in data conversion, defect management, and customer-facing project leadership, with the ability to both strategize and dive into the details of execution. Roles & Responsibilities • Lead data conversion efforts, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and readiness for implementation. • Partner with client stakeholders to investigate, triage, and resolve defect issues. • Develop, update, and execute conversion playbooks, including data cuts and validation processes. • Facilitate customer discussions to align on data validation, defect resolution, and go/no-go criteria. • Drive defect management processes, including tracking, root cause analysis, and resolution. • Oversee and contribute to data validation, functional testing, and issue tracking. • Create and maintain detailed conversion schedules and hour-by-hour execution plans. • Collaborate with data mapping and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable tasks. • Manage and coordinate "war room" style conversion activities during cutovers. • Provide escalation support and ensure timely communication with both internal teams and external consultants as needed. Required Skills & Experience • Proven experience leading or co-leading data conversion projects from legacy to modern platforms. • Strong background in defect management, including triage, issue tracking, and root cause analysis. • Hands-on experience working directly with clients in customer-facing project leadership roles. • Prior experience managing data validation, mapping exercises, and testing cycles. • Ability to develop and execute structured conversion playbooks and project plans. • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage timelines, entry/exit criteria, and go/no-go decision points. • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across technical teams, stakeholders, and clients. • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
