Expert in guiding technical direction, establishing engineering best practices, and partnering across product and infrastructure teams to build resilient, auto-scaling applications. Adept at navigating complex technical challenges, optimizing codebases for peak efficiency, and delivering next-generation software solutions—including AI-driven platform integrations—at production scale. ‎ WHAT YOU'LL DO Navigate ambiguity to solve complex, novel problems within previously untackled spaces. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to drive architectural alignment and influence high-impact shared goals. Serve as a key contributor in defining the team’s technical direction, establishing best practices, and architecting long-term roadmaps. Build and deploy maintainable, cost-effective, and responsive solutions that meet customer needs with a high speed-to-market. Partner with product, design, and infrastructure teams to build or enhance scalable applications and services. Drive application reliability by partnering with Operations and Infrastructure to build, scale, and monitor robust services. Design, develop, test, and debug high-performance software code for mission-critical business applications. Analyze and optimize both frontend and backend codebases to maximize system efficiency and performance. ‎ WHAT YOU'LL NEED Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience architecting and building high-performance, reliable systems within complex, multi-tiered, and distributed environments. Technical Proficiency: Advanced programming skills in modern languages and frameworks, specifically Golang, Node.js, or React, with a deep understanding of object-oriented and functional design principles. System Design & Architecture: Proven ability to contribute to the end-to-end design of new and existing systems, focusing on architectural integrity, design patterns, security, reliability, and horizontal scaling. Software Excellence: Extensive experience applying industry best practices across the full SDLC, including rigorous coding standards, comprehensive code reviews, robust source control management, and automated testing. CI/CD & Operations: Strong track record in operational excellence and continuous deployment, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality code. Scalability: Demonstrated success in deploying and maintaining production-grade code at scale. Bonus Points If Bachelor’s in Computer Science or solid knowledge of CS fundamentals (OOP, design patterns, algorithms, etc...) Experience and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment. Desire to work on the next generation of Artificial Intelligence applications. Lead and oversee enterprise-wide information security and compliance programs at executive level. | 10+ years leadership in information security with cloud and compliance expertise in global SaaS environments. | Job Description: • Serve as the Company’s Chief Information Security Officer and executive champion for global enterprise security and compliance programs. • Design, execute and mature an overarching security strategy that protects customer data, intellectual property and infrastructure. • Serve as the primary security advisor to the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team. • Build, mentor and lead a high-performing global security team and compliance organization across security operations, engineering, risk management and regulatory compliance. • Lead the strategy, deployment and continuous monitoring required to achieve and maintain FedRAMP, StateRAMP, DoD/CMMC, and CJIS authorizations in cloud environments. • Oversee compliance and auditing for SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS and global privacy standards. Requirements: • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent technical discipline. • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in information security, cloud architecture, and compliance within a global, publicly traded cloud/SaaS technology company. • Hands-on experience leading a cloud solution through the FedRAMP authorization lifecycle (PMO/JAB or Agency route) and continuous monitoring in AWS and/or Azure cloud environments. • Equal fluency in scaling commercial enterprise SaaS security and navigating rigid public sector regulatory landscapes (NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, CMMC, CJIS, FISMA). • Exceptional ability to communicate security concepts to technical engineers, enterprise buyers, regulatory auditors, and Board members alike. • Demonstrated success negotiating security exhibits, data processing agreements (DPAs), and risk terms with enterprise clients and vendors.
