Job Responsibilities: ● Work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget for project. ● Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. ● Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to identify, evaluate, scope, plan, monitor and follow up on active projects. ● Ensure resource availability and develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. ● Work closely with internal teams as the project progresses, through to completion. ● Establish and maintain relationship with the client, third parties/vendors and stakeholders. ● Identify potential customer concerns and proactively work to mitigate problems. ● Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. ● Measure and report on project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. ● May create New Item Requests (NIRs), SKUs, issue POs, and receive inventory within ERP system. Oversee and develop a team of equipment service technicians, conduct training, and troubleshoot technical issues in industrial environments. | Requires 1-3 years of supervisory experience, technical certifications in packaging/industrial equipment, and ability to work in industrial settings, which are not aligned with your experience. | Job Purpose: Our Territory Training Service Manager will be responsible for developing and conducting specialized training materials and overseeing the work and performance of a team of Equipment Service Technicians. This role also serves as subject matter expert and works with customers and technicians to troubleshoot and solve equipment performance issues. Job Responsibilities: Work with Regional Service Manager to assess team's individual training needs and develop action plan to train technicians based on existing products in field/territory, new products and technologies being introduced in order to improve/elevate technician skill level. Manage, coach, and develop a team of Equipment Service Technicians within assigned geography. Perform field audits and ride-alongs in order to inspect technician's work and interaction with customers, their ability to troubleshoot equipment accurately, overall technical skill level (electrical, mechanical, PLC computer skills), tool and truck inspections, and techs ability to correctly complete and close out work orders with correct codes and accurate detail. Use a variety of instructional methods to develop and present training materials that ensure maximum delivery effectiveness: individual or small group instruction, self-study, simulation and role play exercises, e-Learning, webinars, video conferencing, reference materials, etc. Create process to share technical bulletins and information with technical staff. Cover and support sales initiatives and act as technical field service staff for equipment reliability. Visit customer accounts to help with resolution of any technical service and equipment performance issues. Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications: ● 50 - 70% travel required. ● Must have certifications from manufactures training on stretch wrappers, shrink wrappers, case sealers, case erectors, label printers, strapping equipment or other products within Packaging and FS related products. ● Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
