The primary focus is to lead the successful implementation of Veracross Business Modules focusing on more complex and demanding projects that require an understanding of Accounting, systems, and the Veracross products. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to quickly learn various aspects of the Veracross product while managing a scaled scope of implementation responsibilities appropriate for part-time work. The Implementation Technician will work closely with a Team Leader and/or other team members to complete assigned project tasks, manage a queue of incoming client requests, assist with configuration of Veracross products according to client specifications, and support clients through core implementation activities. Participation in client calls may be required as needed and scheduled in advance. All assigned projects and tasks are expected to be executed on time and with a high level of quality and client satisfaction, within the context of a part-time schedule. Communicate with the broader implementation team to address and resolve technical questions from clients, escalating as appropriate.
