Firefly provides an online learning space for students and teachers ROLE SUMMARY: An Associate Implementation Manager leads successful implementations of the Veracross software products through strong understanding of the Veracross software package, excellent project management skills, and effective communication (written and verbal). Projects are executed on time and on-budget, while fostering trusting relationships with implementing clients. It is expected that Associate Implementation Managers will closely collaborate with senior team members to execute successful implementation projects. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Guide customer implementation projects across one or more Veracross products. The process may include: Department discovery: working with each implementing department to understand their workflows and needs. Platform transition options consulting: Discovery-infused platform setup options presented, demoed, revised, and finally agreed upon. Orchestrate successful change management, where tailored configurations are office-tested, revised, approved, and deployed. Department workflow consulting: Model and document the ways the school's different departments will use the Veracross product(s) across their first operational year. The primary focus is to lead the successful implementation of Veracross Business Modules focusing on more complex and demanding projects that require an understanding of Accounting, systems, and the Veracross products. These projects are executed on time and on budget, while fostering trusting relationships with client Business Offices. The secondary focus is on using subject matter expertise and experience to continually improve the implementation processes and procedures. This Associate position is the entry point to this team. Job Responsibilities: • Deliver Accounting platform consulting and organizational change management to complex Business Offices, large and small. Monitor, process, and respond to incoming client cases. Maintain up-to-date task/case statuses to ensure effective communication and planning across the broader implementation team. Technical Oversight: Collaborate with other implementation team members to address technical configuration requirements. Communicate with the broader implementation team to address and resolve technical questions from clients, escalating as appropriate. Client Interaction: Participate in client calls to provide best-practice guidance and implementation support as needed. Respond clearly and accurately to client needs via implementation cases and client emails. Assist clients with testing and validation of module implementations. Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal implementation teams.
