We are seeking a motivated, relationship-oriented professional with experience in wellness or mental health sales to help expand our reach by generating new clients and organizational partnerships. Position Overview This role focuses on what matters most: building Vela’s client base and securing contracts with schools, workplaces, and other organizations. You will research prospects, conduct outreach, and schedule discovery calls between leadership and qualified leads. Key Responsibilities • Research and identify referral sources and organizational partners • Conduct outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate new leads • Schedule discovery calls with qualified prospects • Maintain a simple pipeline of outreach, follow-ups, and opportunities • Support the conversion of leads into active clients and organizational contracts Compensation • $25 per hour, approximately 15–25 hours per month (remote/flexible schedule) • Commission opportunities available in addition to hourly rate Who You Are • Experience in sales, outreach, or business development within the mental health or wellness field • Comfortable with outreach and relationship-building • Organized and consistent in follow-up • Confident communicator who can represent Vela’s mission and values Growth Potential Vela is an expanding practice.
