A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with Executives is important, as is the ability to be flexible and change direction seamlessly. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and want to take on varied and exciting new projects and learn new skills. A good sense of humor is also a must. Responsibilities for this position include the ability to build strategic proactive business partnerships, to think and plan ahead, and manage time effectively. Responsibilities: • Proactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organizing events, activities, and calendars. • Manage complex calendars and scheduling with senior leadership, maintaining diplomacy and discretion. • Organize, prioritize, and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure action required is addressed in a timely manner. • Organize, execute, and assist with team activities. • Ensure well organized and up-to-date travel logistics, expense reports, and other administrative needs. • Partner with EA team to manage onsite meals, events, and employee activities. Along with keeping the office well stocked with kitchen and office supplies. • Liaise with property management on facility work orders as needed. • Prioritize Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity Initiatives for your executives. • Have fun at work and help others to do the same. Requirements: • 5+ Years supporting high level executives • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) • This role is currently remote with the potential to be Hybrid • Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company • Ability to learn new technologies / applications • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills • Growth mindset and curiosity to learn and grow The salary range posted is On Target Earnings (OTE), which is inclusive of base and variable pay. When making an offer of employment, Veeam will take into consideration the candidate's expectations, experience, education, scope of responsibility for the role, and the current market demands.
