The HR People Services Manager will support the delivery of consistent, scalable, and employee-focused HR services across the Americas region. This role partners closely with other members of the People Services team and business leaders to ensure smooth execution of core HR processes and compliance requirements. This role will be a part of a regional team that delivers core HR services to include, federal contract compliance, regional immigration compliance, lifecycle employee events, HR compliance, data management, and HR systems support. What will I do? Monitor and interpret changes in federal, state, and local employment regulations, ensuring timely updates to policies and practices for Canada, US, Brazil and South Africa. Lead compliance initiatives and internal audits to maintain legal adherence and organizational standards. Identify compliance risks and gaps; develop and implement strategies to mitigate risk exposure and maintain audit readiness across all jurisdictions. Oversee regional immigration compliance processes, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations. Review and update compliance training programs; deliver training and guidance to managers to promote best practices. Partner with HR systems and analytics teams to track compliance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights. Manage annual compliance reporting requirements (AAP, EEO-1) and advise on affirmative action program adjustments based on reporting outcomes. Collaborate on initiatives that promote fairness, inclusion, and accountability within compliance frameworks and organizational policies. What We're Looking For: 7+ years of experience in compliance or HR administration. Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field. Expertise in federal and state compliance reporting and notice requirements. Comprehensive understanding of federal, state, local, and international labor and employment regulations. In-depth knowledge of U.S. employment laws and regulations, with ability to expand and maintain knowledge of Canadian requirements. and their practical application. Proven experience in compliance auditing, risk assessments, and vendor management. Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills for cross-functional partnership. High attention to detail, confidentiality, and a continuous improvement mindset. With a well-trained team of engineers and software developers, we are working to meet the needs of our growing client base by implementing new design features and expanding the suite of software tools that we offer. RISA Tech, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Product that provides strategic oversight, coaching, and leadership to the Product Owners, ensuring that each product aligns with the company's objectives and meets customer needs. This role is pivotal in defining the Product vision, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring that product teams consistently deliver high-quality, high-value features on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Define and communicate the overarching product strategy across multiple software products in the structural engineering domain. Collaborate with executive leadership to align the product roadmap with the company’s vision and market demands. Ensure that each product managed by the Product Owners is in line with business objectives and customer requirements. Team Management & Development: Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to a team of Product Owners, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Set clear goals and expectations for the Product Owners, ensuring they have the resources and support to succeed in their roles. Evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and develop training programs to enhance the team's skills and effectiveness. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful product launches and market adoption. Serve as a point of escalation for complex product issues, helping Product Owners resolve roadblocks and align on solutions. Facilitate collaboration between Product Owners and other departments to ensure product delivery meets quality standards and deadlines. Product Lifecycle & Roadmap Oversight: Oversee the development and execution of product roadmaps, ensuring they reflect the strategic direction of the company. Ensure the Product Owners are effectively managing their product backlogs, prioritizing features based on business value, customer feedback, and market trends. Guide Product Owners in making key decisions on release dates, feature inclusion, and overall product prioritization. Stakeholder & Customer Management: Act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders, communicating product development progress, roadmaps, and any adjustments to timelines or expectations. Ensure that the team’s deliverables align with stakeholder expectations while balancing technical feasibility and market needs. Maintain close relationships with key customers and partners to gather feedback and ensure that products are solving real-world problems for structural engineers. Financial & Performance Accountability: Ensure that product development efforts align with budget constraints and deliver maximum ROI. Regularly track and report on product performance metrics, including cost, time-to-market, customer satisfaction, and adoption rates. Proactively identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational efficiency within the product management function. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred. 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing a team of Product Owners or similar positions. Strong experience in the structural engineering or civil engineering software space. Proven ability to manage and grow a team, with excellent leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills. Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience overseeing Scrum teams and Agile product development. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to executive leadership and key customers. Experience managing product roadmaps, budgets, and prioritization across multiple product lines. Experience working with structural analysis or finite element analysis (FEA) software. Certification in Product Management, Agile, or Scrum (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, PMP).
