You are an experienced Life Science Business Developer driven by curiosity, purpose, and the desire to make an impact—for clients and ultimately for patients. 8+ years of BD experience in Biotech, Medtech, CRO, or regulatory/scientific consulting. Proven ability to close high-value, complex, science-driven opportunities. Exceptional communicator who connects authentically with scientific, technical, and C-suite leaders. The Finance Manager will lead the full financial cycle for a 35-person subsidiary, ensuring accurate accounting and compliance while providing strategic financial insights. This role involves collaboration with Group Finance and alignment of financial objectives with business priorities. | Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 5 years of progressive finance/accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment. Oversee payroll accounting and serve as backup for benefits administration. Manage intercompany transactions and global consolidation. Act as a connector across U.S. offices, aligning financial objectives with business priorities. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Build and manage budgeting and forecasting models. Update dashboards and KPIs on revenue, margin, headcount, and key metrics. Deliver strategic insights to guide leadership decisions. Conduct trend, pricing, and cost analyses to inform investment planning. Champion collaboration and best-practice sharing across teams. Audit, Controls & Compliance Design and enforce robust internal controls, policies, and procedures. Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and local state regulations. Prepare audit schedules and serve as point of contact for auditors. Proven expertise in full-cycle accounting and financial close. Strong proficiency with ERP/accounting systems (Odoo a plus). Advanced Excel and experience with data visualization tools.
